We've used Rick in the past for ductwork issues and a mid-July AC failure. This time, Rick and his team replaced our old all-electric HVAC unit with a hybrid electric/propane unit. It puts out plenty of heat even on the heat pump mode. He also installed a Nest thermostat so we can monitor energy usage and control the temperature even when we're away from home.
Like a lot of businesses, Rick seems to be short handed right now but everyone is dealing with that. We planned a few months ahead when we decided to get this done, so that wasn't an issue in our case.

I absolutely would not recommend this company to do any work on your equipment...well at least not Rick the tech. I had an issue with my AC not blowing out cool air. This tech did not do all the necessary steps to ensure to cover all the basic to resolve my issue completely. Yet, he felt the need to do many temporary fixes (five trips to my residence)to keep it running for like a week or two, then back to square one. Just had a new company come in and check it out....BOOM, they was able to diagnose the issue and now they are ordering the parts to fix the unit.

In the middle of one of the hottest summers we have had in a long time our AC went out. I called Rick and asked him to come check it out as my wife was pregnant at the time and was having a baby shower at our house in a few hours. Rick showed up earlier than expected and was able to save the day. He was fast, efficient, and very friendly.
