They're nothing but a bunch of crooks. They tried to take advantage of my wife over 5k for a 40 gallon water heater tank install out the door. They claimed we need a new tank. So we decided to get a second opinion the and the REAL plumber he showed up when through everything and basically told us that we DID NOT need it a water heater tank. I highly suggest everyone who reads this review BE CAREFUL with these CROOKS they're out to take you money. Totally misleading. While we did get our pipes cleared, when I signed the contract that was initially shown to me, I agreed to pay the 190 that they were going to charge. The plumber then went on to tell me that he was going to use the hydro-jet and it would slightly change the bill to "about $250" and I said it was ok. After the service, I presented him with a $20 off coupon and my total came out to $291 - WAY over what I was quoted. He also left a huge mess in my kitchen and a stain in my runner I cannot get out. He then proceeded to tell me that he had just got the hydro jet the day

I was relieved to find a local company to repair a leak that would have created significant floor damage if it wasn't addressed late on a Sunday night. The Technician came, repaired the leak and asked if I needed any other plumbing work done while he was here. I actually needed a sink connected and he took care of it. Professional and courteous - I will call them again.

I called 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment for a gas line install. I was told my appointment had been "rescheduled" to the next business day, a federal holiday when I would be out-of-town. No phone call, message, nothing. I think rescheduling requires the customer to know that the appointment won't be kept and to agree to the new proposed date and time. Perhaps I expect too much.

We used Bizzy Bee Plumbing, Inc for a remodel and addition to an 80 year old house we purchased in Raleigh. Great experience with Bizzy Bee. Seth called to let us his time of arrival, arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He diagnosed and fixed our plumbing problem (water dripping beneath the kitchen sink; faucet needed to be replaced). We suspected as much and had already purchased a new faucet, which Seth quickly installed for a reasonable price. Will use again.

If you have a plumbing issue, call Bizzy Bee. If that issue is on a weekend, definitely call Bizzy Bee. I had a low water pressure in both my showers and Bizzy Bee came out on a Saturday to fix it. The plumber was professional and courteous when moving around the house to assess the problem.
Woke up on Sunday and the water pressure was low again so I called and left a message assuming they would get back to me on Monday. Nope, they called and sent the same technician out on a Sunday!!!! This time, the problem was fixed for good. Now that is customer service!
