Esta compañia tiene un pésimo servicio postventa. Robert es una persona agresiva, grosera. Vende marcas como ComfortStart, de las cuales solo el puede hacer las reparaciones o mantenimiento, y cuando llamas por una reparación su respuesta es: "el dia que yo puedo es tal... y sino le sirve, resuelva".

We had our Air Conditioning unit break last week at our business. We called Robert and he was so responsive. He was here that same day and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He and his team went out of their way to get us the unit asap! He gave us a time and delivered 2 hours before he promised. We were up and running in our school with in 24 hours. Thank you to Robert and his team for their professionalism and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them for any Air conditioning needs you have.

This people came 4 times to try and fix a AC unit and never did, each time they said something different they said “it’s nothing wrong “ and the unit still not working properly.
Most of the days they were scheduled for a visit they were late or they cancel at the very last minute...
Robert who describe himself as the owner is rude,disrespectful and condescending.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a scam. They recommend a particular unit for my office which ended up being significantly small for the space. As a result, the a/c unit broke several times since I purchased it. I had to pay more than $350 for each time the unit broke, which totaled to more than $1,000 a year. Additionally, they took several days to come and fix the unit. I was left having to see clients with several fans blowing and ultimately had to cancel a few appointments. We live in florida! You cannot be without a/c in the summer. The company would not take responsibility

From the moment I called Aviv Air Conditioning I knew I was in good hands. I have a rental property in Miami and when I explained to Robert what I needed he sent out a very qualified technician and immediately serviced the problem. My tenants were very pleased with the quick turnaround that Aviv provided and the reliable technician that was knowledgeable and respectful. Thumbs up to Aviv Air Conditioning!!!

By far the most reliable AC company in Miami. My second issue in the past 2-years related to air conditioning. First, an old 4-ton air conditioning unit died and needed to be replaced. I requested estimates from different companies and Aviv Air was one of the HVAC companies which provided a quote. From the moment I met and spoke to Robert, I new he was the one; and my gut was correct. He replaced my old unit with a new, large AC unit, within budget. By the end of the installation, which was a big undertaking, it looked like nothing had occurred. They not only do the job, but they actually cleanup
