I have been a customer of Always Winter since 2015. They have given us superlative service - really unusual for Miami. Jerry in particular has gone above and beyond. One example of this is that we had a house full of people after a family member had passed away and Jerry came out on a holiday weekend Sunday to fix our AC in consideration of that. I highly recommend Always Winter.

One bad apple can ruin the bunch and that’s what happened this morning. One of their drivers almost ran me off the road because I did not let him go in front even though there was enough space in front and in back. No indication. And then proceeded to curse me out on the highway. I was able to make it out unharmed but I hope this does not happen again. Please be careful with this company. I would never recommend someone here nor will I ever use your services.

I have been calling Always Winter to send me filters for the system they had installed. They tell me they're coming out and never did. I don't need to be made a fool of. I understand they are in Homestead and are a distance from me. But when you tell me you're coming out to deliver the filters, I expect someone to be here or call and tell me you can't make it. I will never deal with them again. I bought my filters from LOWES. I am also changing to another company to service my system

They get one star because zero stars is not an option, but it is what they deserve. Horrible company! They are not trustworthy, do poor work, and, although they claim to guarantee their work they do not live up to it. I bought a top of the line unit, it was installed improperly, and I had nothing but problems with the unit. The technicians lied to me on multiple occasions, they either don't know what they are doing or they are intentionally deceptive. Due to nothing but problems, and the owner agreed I had had "bad luck" with the company, I asked for the unit to be removed and my money refunded
