ACV-2 Air Conditioning did an excellent job for us. Our old compressor on the roof finally died completely. Dash and his guys installed a new Carrier 2-ton compressor/condenser on the roof and a new air handler in our unit, in the ceiling, from the original company FirstCo in Dallas, Texas. Price was good (negotiable!) and work was done well.

If I could give them a zero I would. I have NEVER had any service person come into my home with such arrogance and aggression. This guy basically told me the coils in my AC unit could NEVER be cleaned. I've been in my house for 9 years with the same unit, and this guy tells me it's working fine but because it's the summer., the unit can't keep up with my house's demands. Wouldn't listen when I tried to explain, it has always done so until this month, thus, cleaning the coil and flushing the line might improve its performance. When I asked him to stop yelling at me

An amazing experience! When my air conditioner went out I made two recommended phone calls. The first person came and charged a service call fee and told us we needed a new air conditioner. Unfortunately he only had one brand and we knew it was not for us. Second, way too expensive. ACV-2 Keep Cool has an add in a local newspaper so we gave them a try. Dash came on on a Tuesday evening and Thursday it was installed! He offers many brands and took the time to explain all the pros and cons of each. Contacted this company on 5/17 they came by and looked at the old unit. We agreed on A Rheem 3 ton and 16 seer. The ad in the paper said you would get a Nest Thermometer and 15% discount with 2 years Labor Warranty. I asked for a service agreement before work was done and he said he would provide it before work started at 12:00 noon on 5/18. They showed up at 5:00 p.m. no apology but I was desperate (not Dash the owner but two workers) I was still at work but my son (26) who was supervising received no paperwork before they started. I got home at six and took my 6 year old next door to stay

They installed a new aire at our house this past Febuary. This is a really great Company. They gave me a good price ( best price actually) but most importantly... they were SO professional , installed everything with great attention to detail , explained without rush and left like they had never come : except for a great running A/C . Highly recommend! ( Almost feel bad I waited so long to post ) They deserve any success coming their way.
