We offer monthly maintenance for commerical housing, which include cleaning and changing the filter, cleaning the dranage with pressure, and checking the gas level. We offer two year maintenance for residental housing, which include coil cleaning, checking the gas level, and refilling the equipment with gas.

I would have they where good but they don’t honor the warranty. My problem came back the owner told me to use someone else. Mind you they fix it less than 2 months ago.
