Very frequent communications regarding appointment scheduling and arrival time of the technician.
Our lead technician, Ebbie, was informative and current on the needs of my unit. The system had to be replaced and the workmanship and clean up was spot on. The value for the service we received was high and we feel that we used the right company for our needs. My wife, Carol Royse, has a large residential real estate company and sells many expensive homes in the Phoenix area. Rain Forest is always the first company recomended to her clients when A/C and/or plumbing repairs are required.

We realized that we had no hot water at about 4PM.
Rainforest sent a repairman by 6PM. He determined that the hot water heater needed to be replaced (we were expecting it for about a year).
We had a new hot water heater within a couple of hours and plenty of time to get to the airport to pick up guests who were staying for the week.

I'm a Commercial Property Manager in The Valley and Rainforest is our go-to vendor for anything plumbing-related. Over the holidays, I was dealing with extremely high water bills and a mystery leak on a commercial property I manage in Gold Canyon.

Rainforest installed a new AC/furnace system for me in march 2021 as well as repair underground plumbing coming out of the house to the street and drill a counter hole for a R/O system. After a few tries, and a very helpful dispatcher (Tracy), the problems with the new HVAC system were repaired and the motor was replaced. Robert and Eric did An amazing job rewiring my furnace, replacing the motor, reprogramming the thermostat and pulling new wire as well. My confidence has been restored in rainforest.

Contact with the business the day of a problem developing at my home. I was greeted with a very friendly voice on the other line who is very efficient and professional. I had a service done later that afternoon and they were on time. They were truthful and honest and did not try to gouge numbers. Very grateful to have found this company as I will be using them for my commercial properties that I manage as well as residential.

My experience with Eric over at our apartment complex at Serena Park in Glendale was Above and Beyond.
Being in the Multifamily industry for almost 17 years, I have found that professional and quality work is hard to come by (especially in today's market).
We had a issue at approximately 12:30 in the afternoon. I reached out to another well-known and reputable plumbing company, but did not get a reply after 3 hours. Now I know that Rainforest is a bit higher in cost than the others, but with what happened today, it goes to show they are well worth it. The technician, Eric, was very helpful and

Called for diagnostic, paid for diagnostic after they checked it out and took off my ceiling panel to my AC. They immediately left without replacing the panel. I tried all day to get it back up myself with my boyfriend and couldn’t so we called back. They told us they wouldn’t come back without charging us again JUST to put up the AC panel that THEY TOOK DOWN. Tech called back to tell me he wouldn’t waste his gas on that. So now I have a gaping ceiling hole I can’t cover. Now I have to find another AC repair just to put the cover back on until we get the new AC. Do not recommend as this

Rainforest is a business with integrity. I received a phone call immediately upon request. They charged up my old system free of charge to get us through a hot weekend. Scott, Eddie and Eric were courteous and respectful of our property. They cleaned up after themselves. I want to thank Rainforest for upgrading our compressor at no extra charge to us due to an accident in their warehouse. Some companies would not do that. The financing was easy as well. We would recommend Rainforest to anyone and I have already posted my satisfaction on my FB page
