Their website says they will Not do unnecessary repairs. I had a structural engineer tell and show me exactly where to have the slab raised a small amount. He said call Uretek they will do it. Had them out, explained what structural engineer quoted, guy spent 30 minutes going around house and came back with a $3000.00 estimate!!! I reiterated what the structural engineer found and suggested. Uretek guy just looked at me with a smirk. I told him no thanks I will find someone honest to adjust my SMALL issue.

I contacted URETEK in the middle of the February 2020 winter storm that hit Houston, hoping to get someone to make emergency repairs to burst water pipes in my home. 30 minutes after leaving a message with URETEK, Christopher contacted me and told me he could have a plumber at my home that day. Within the hour, Jose called and gave me his ETA to assess my situation. We are putting our home up for sale and wanted to make absolutely sure that there are no problems with the foundation. Ray Terris came out promptly and was very professional. He put my mind to ease very quickly about a strange concrete pour area and did an inspection. Great news is there are no problems which spoke to me about his honesty, but had there been this is a guy I would have trusted.

We had a bad active leak in our attic and Uretek immediately sent over two plumbers who were magnificent! They walked me through each step and talked about the pros and cons of everything before repairing the pipes. They were very trustworthy and worked quickly and efficiently!

I have a slab of concrete that was added onto our house but not tied into the exist slab by one of the previous owners. The additional slab had voids underneath and kept moving and breaking the tiles on my patio. I contacted Blake about getting it fixed and Uretek came out and got the job done quickly and effectively. We are thrilled with our patio now and highly recommend this company!

Very professional! They did a wonderful job and saved me a ton of money! I had a plumbing issue & had plumber out in the past that didn’t correctly identify the problem. Uretek’s top notch plumbing equipment including a camera to scope the plumbing lines correctly identified the problem. They found the problem was on the MUD district side of the line. They contacted the MUD district for me and were able to prove the problem was not my responsibility! I’m so thankful I had Uretek out!

For many months I have been dealing with some obnoxious issues at my house and with my concrete slab (moisture, flooring problems, etc.) and I wasn't sure how to approach it. Blake spent lots of time talking to me about issues and ways URETEK could potentially help with what I was dealing with.

We had a great experience with Uretek! They were very honest with us. Our commercial building had several cracks in the concrete close to the building. They could have told me that we had foundation problems, but they said the problem was all cosmetic. We have a beautiful building and wanted the work done. They did a great job. It looks great again!

Try someone else. After receiving a quote for close to 2k to install 5 concrete pressed piles from Uretek we asked 2 more companies for bids to make sure we were getting the best price. Glad we did. Two other companies explained "cracked corners" and how common they are. It is a cosmetic issue and not a foundation issue. Hate to leave a bad review without having work done but honesty goes a long way!

Our house was having some serious foundation problems this year and our local foundation repair company (National Foundation in Beaumont) recommended that we use Uretek to take care of the internal work. This was a great option, considering the only other option meant that my husband and I would be required to move out of our house (stuff & all for liability reasons) while a 20 ft hole was drilled into our floors.
