The service was done and correctly. The lady in the office when we called very helpful. My issue is the price. He was there a total of 1 hour taking his time and I was charged $600. The parts used in my a/c didn’t even add up to $50. You do the math even if you wanted to make money on parts and charge me $300 for an hour of labor. My bill was still $300 over!

I have worked with Dade Super Cool for over 10 years. They are very responsive and honest. They also do a good job explaining the problem so you are well informed to make a good decision. The owner is accessible if need as well. I would definitely recommend Dad Super Cool!

I'm so pleased with Dade Super cool service again. Used them years ago and they really helped me out.. Anthony came and we discussed about putting a new central air conditioner months back. So I decided to finally do it. I couldn't be happier. They did a great job in 2 days. All new duct work too. They cleaned up everything and took all garbage away. Luis was a pleasure to work with, got the job done. They are the best service in town. I would highly recommend them. Polite courtesy and really want to help you. Anthony and Dade Super Cool met all of the above attributes, and then some!!!. Anthony arrived precisely on time, was super professional, very detailed and thorough, and honest. Prior to arrival, the individual handling the scheduling was very responsive, thorough, and when she said she was calling back in 10 minutes, she did precisely and followed up. As we can all appreciate, finding a company like this is a rare find, especially in Miami. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
