Completely terrible, unprofessional and lacking in any decorum or courtesy whatsoever! They arrived 4hours late, without apology. Prior to their arrival, we requested they bring a long ladder (40+ft) per our condo regulations, which they did not, the two elderly men then used an unsafe ladder to get to the roof of our condo building. When we emphasized our concerns for their safety, they proceeded to rudely shout at my husband and I, an elderly female neighbor also tried to do the same and to our horror, they raised their voices and pointed fingers in her face as well!! Aweful experience! Main guy does not communicate clearly and can make you spend money unnecessarily. They do not clean after themselves and left a mess in my attic plus made spend 320$ installing a 20$ accessory. They do not take time seriously and do not care about customer's discomfort.
Hope this prevents others from wasting time and money.
