I needed another piece of porcelain and they were completely out but Nancy and Eric both told me not to fear that they would do their best to locate one for me and sure enough they did !!!!! Went here back in early March picked out a stone for my countertops and they told me it was on back order and would be in mid to late April. Called them a few days ago and they told me it wouldn't be in until mid July. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager apologized and said she would take care of it and call me the following day. 4 days later and still no call. Go anywhere else

I was thinking the other day that I have noticed over the years customer service isn't the same (not just talking about Earthstone, but basically everywhere). I know its been crazy with all that is happening in the World, but how hard is it to be kind to your clients/customers.
I have to been meaning to write this review for awhile but I am just getting around to it. Thank you Gaven for always being so helpful with my request. I have worked with him at Colours and at Earthstone. I really appreciate the good customer service. I know it might not seem like much to you because this is your personality

I selected our master shower floor tile and also our pool coping and decking at Earth stone tile division. I have been working with Esmeralda. She has been excellent to work with . She is dependable, knowledgeable, patient, returns calls and does what she says she is going to do. We have been to many tile stores and I have not experience this level of service. I would highly recommend Esmeralda at Earth Stone tile division. In fact our builder really liked her too! He mentioned he would use them again and really liked Esmeralda's customer service. I even told our pool company who is building

We have been buying from this place for a few years and we really recommend Earthstone !! Their prices, customer service and high-end products are what we need in a distributor to offer to our clients. Their showrooms are beautiful, and we know we can meet our clients there and be able to choose the latest trends. Our Account manager, Monica Marmolejo, is always there to answer our questions and would also help out meeting clients when we cannot meet them there! Bad service starts from the top in which case would be the owner Masoud Ladjevardian. Definitely not a business man or someone who would know anything about customer service.
I bought a few slaps of stone and during installation one was cracked and when I went to purchase another one he was asking twice the amount i had originally paid, claiming that he gave me the wrong stone to begin with and i have to pay the higher price due to their mistakes !!
He delayed my construction work by a week trying to decide whether or not he would honor his original price. He actually sent two of his managers

Poor customer service. We were customers of a retail business who uses Earth Stone as their supplier. We went there to select a granite slab. Initially passed around to different employees and received vague directions to the area where slabs were located. After making the selection and ensuring what we thought was the identifying information, we received a call from the retailer telling us they could not find out slab. Ultimately, the job was completed with the granite selection we wanted, but going there was a waste of our time.

I was looking for prefab granite countertops and backsplash. I was very impressed with the selection. I was especially impressed with Martha Barrera. She spent so much time helping us and advising us. We were from Livingston so she knew we didn't want to make more than one trip. I can say enough about the customer service that Martha provided. Earth Stone is a wonderful place to go for granite and other stones.

Can't tell you how many times I use Earthstone they have amazing products always at the top of the game. When it comes to customer service Griselda is the best she makes sure to go above and beyond to making sure that your investment is well worth it. Very knowledgeable and caring for her clients I can't speak highly enough of her, and she doesn't accept any less than the best for her clients.

Earthstone does not stand behind its service. We visited their location to select our stone. We took off work to be there and spent well over an hour looking for the perfect marble slabs. We selected them and scheduled time for our fabricator to pay and pick up the materials. A couple of days later, we went to our fabricator to view. They were given the wrong slabs.
