I contracted the Tile Center to perform a job related to a bathroom remodeling my wife and I were performing. We talked with their sells representative who was very helpful and honest. The sells representative came to our home measured the areas , made valuable suggestions and did not attempt to sell us anything unsolicited. The job went just as smooth. The installation team were kind, efficient, skillful and timely. My wife and I are very pleased with the product the Tile Center delivered. We would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would!!! I went in for a specific tile and they wouldn't give it to me because someone else owes money for that tile. How is that my fault ? I don't know the person who owes them money and I don't think it's fair that they would NOT sell me the tile. Very upset on the way they treated me. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I had some mold problem in my bathroom that I had to repair and get fixed. I wanted to match my tile but unfortunately it was discontinued since it’s been years. I decided to go with my guest bathroom tile which I purchased a few years ago here. Ordered tiles on 2/28/17 told delivery in three days on 3/4/17 called around 10a & was told not in maybe around noon they would call. They never called. Went to business on 3/6/17 & was told that on 3/4/17 wrong tiles were delivered & they returned them & the tiles I wanted had been discontinued. They new that on 3/4/17 & didn't tell me. Maybe even knew it when I ordered? Took over an hour to get refund back, employee didn't know how to work machine had to wait for owner to come & do refund.
