After becoming frustrated with some of the most popular brands of sealants that were "the best", our team developed the recipe for our first sealant: TSSPRO 100, a multi-purpose stone, tile and concrete sealer.
Great general-purpose sealer, prevents saltwater erosion, preserves and protects patios, pool coping/decks, walls, walkways, waterfalls, masonry, grout, unglazed tile floors and landscaping structures, natural matte finish. NOTICE: ONLY the 2-pack of 1-quart bottles is VOC Compliant. Consumers in VOC regions CAN only purchase 1-quart bottles of this product.
ARTIFICIAL STONE: artificial stone is made of a concrete mix that is molded and colored to simulate the color and texture of natural stone. The unique feature of the concrete mix used in making manufactured stone comes from the use of lightweight aggregates. One of the most obvious drawbacks to artificial stone is its durability - or lack thereof.
BLUESTONE: Bluestone is a colloquial or convenience label to stone with blue-gray shades of colors rather than a geological term or formation. In the USA, sandstone from Pennsylvania and New York, and Limestone from the Shenandoah Valley are Bluestones. Bluestone is a sandstone and often used as flagstone and has medium porosity and should be sealed.

DIYer looking for a professional sealant to use on our Sawed Limestone pathway. After the investment in quality materials, it was important to have the best seal to protect for longevity! Used the TSS Pro 200 to seal and we can clearly see water now puddles up on the stones rather than absorbing. Expensive stuff but well worth it to protect this quality stone material!!

We are in northern Wisconsin. We installed a very rustic flagstone pathway to our entrance during last summer. We spend winters in Florida.
When we returned to Wisconsin last spring, we were disappointed with the performance of the flagstone. The surface layer of this striated, porous material had loosened, or de-laminated..
We searched the web for various products to help rectify this situation. We settled on TSS-PRO 600. We followed the preparation instructions and decided to apply it to each separate stone with a paint brush.

I’m a Outdoor Kitchen contractor in Austin, Tx. I’ve searched high & low looking for a quality product to seal the natural stone countertops (Lueders-Limestone) I fabricate & install on my kitchens. I’ve finally discovered that with the TSS line of penetrating sealers. So far, I’m really liking ease of application and protection from the elements this sealer offers!

We are a general contractor specializing in hotel renovations. We used their TSS-Pro 500 at one of our boutique hotel renovation. Other sealer like bulls eye shellac were requiring 2 coats of their product to seal the Capadoccia stone tile. The TSS pro 500 required only one coat and rendered the tile resistant to any coffee or red wine stains, despite keeping the tile soaked in coffee and red wine overnight.
