National Terrazzo Tile and Marble Inc. is a privately-owned stone, tile, and terrazzo contractor. We have offices in Houston and Austin. As diverse as your needs may be, National provides many services including fabricating and installing stone counter tops, backsplashes, tub-surrounds, and vanities.
Commercially, we specialize in ground up projects and interior build-outs that have tile and stone floors and walls, poured-in-place terrazzo floors, stairs, and base. National is structured to work for many different groups of clients, including Architects, Interior Designers, General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Retail Outlets, and Homeowners.
National Terrazzo Tile and Marble had its roots planted in the mid-1920s when Archie Longo, with his 2 brothers, began a small terrazzo company called Longo Brothers Terrazzo. All had come over from Italy, where the terrazzo flooring was created. With their knowledge and skill of creating a seamless floor, the partners were moderately successful.
