Nexus Pool Care uses the finest, commercial quality pool chemicals and equipment to help improve the cleanliness and appearance of your pool. We will remove all debris, brush and skim, test your water and adjust it's chemistry, and maintain /prolong your filter system by back-washing as needed. We will spend the time necessary to keep your pool looking sparkling clean and ready for fun.

First, here in the Phoenix Area we have pretty "mineral filled" water, so we need to change out the old water and add fresh water about every 3 years. During the year, the high calcium content in our water mixes with dirt, sunscreen, body oils, etc. This causes a layer or film on the interior of the pool.

I was referred Nexus by my pool guy saying that they are great with technical pool issues. I have had a problem with my pool lights not syncing properly and was not able to figure it out online. I spoke with Logan on the phone and within 10 minutes or so he was able to help me get my lights reprogrammed properly and working perfectly! Did it without even charging me too! Really appreciate the help and will absolutely be using them in the future if I have any pool issues. A+++

After weeks of trying to get a pool company come to my house and give a quote for pool service, Nexus responded and came out right away. The owner looked at my pool, took measurements and came up with a plan for service to begin within a few days. I've had service for 3 weeks now and Chandler comes promptly, spends the entire allotted time and does a thorough job. So far, I am very pleased with this company.

My service with Nexus pool care started out great. However, I started noticing my pool being dirty right after service, baskets not emptied out right after service. Filters being overdue for a cleaning and no mention of needed service by Nexus. Ultimately, the service tech was comeing over and doing the bare minimum, if that at all. In addition, my in-laws are home and said the service person would be in and out in less than 5 minutes. I attempted to address these concerns with Logan, the owner. He is a very reasonable. Used Nexus Pool Care for over a year and half on a weekly service basis and never had any problems with my pool. They did a fantastic job and were always proactive with letting me know when gears needed replaced or filters swapped. I thought their service was reasonably priced as well. It would have cost me a lot more to try and maintain it on my own and it'd never be as up to par as it was with them. I'd highly recommend Nexus!

We have Nexus Pool Care come to our house weekly, and our pool has maintained very nicely. Prior to Nexus we had issues, and mold, but since they took over our pool for us, it's been a great experience! I've used Nexus for over a year. Was referred to them for a one time start-up for a remodeled pool and ended up keeping them as my pool service company. I absolutely love the service and up-to-date information that Nexus pools gives me every week. I have been trying to get my pool cleaned and ready to go for company for at least 6 months. It wasn't until I called Nexus that they had my pool Crystal Clear with all the algae spots gone within a week and a half. Our service weekly by Ryan Kottcamp has been stellar. Nexus Pool Care did a great job on my pool. They provided weekly reports and provided fair opinions on whether something really needed to be replaced or repaired. They always cleaned up after any repairs. When I called for any reason they always picked up and took the time to answer questions I had. My pool looks perfect now and would recommend them to anybody needing pool service. Paying online or through my phone was very easy and convenient.

Stay away from this company. The service has been an absolute disaster. They were contracted to help us with energy efficiency and installed one of the new variable speed motors. However, the tech that came out for the installation left a huge mess in the backyard. When I was asking him about instructions on programming he said look it up on the internet and left.

I thought they did an ok job. I was told they would brush the sides as well as skim the top...the basics. Time and time again we would sit at our window and watch them. Maybe 1 out of every 10 times they would brush the pool. Every now and then they would skim it. I called the owner and he said the brush it every time ...that he as a GPS on every one of there trucks to know how much time was spent at each house. I guess he didn't know they would just go back and sit in their pickup until enough time passed. Also, we asked him if he could set the timer for the cleaner while he was here

Wow... I can't remember ever getting such great service. Hayden is amazing. He is always on time. He is so pleasant and always thorough. I have used Nexus for my weekly pool service for over a year. Unfortunately the quality of service has gone down hill. They use to spend time cleaning and scrubbing, along with going though the equipment to verify everything was functional. Now they spend 4- 6 mins top and leave. The guy that has been doing the service spends more time in his truck writing the report that gets emailed to me then he does on the pool. They are also on the high side with their prices compared to other companies.
