First off, the movers were absolutely fantastic, took great care of our stuff and asked where we wanted everything. The office staff was a bit frustrating. To start, I asked if they could reply all to emails so my husband and I could both be copied, but my husband was told that their email doesn't allow them to do that. It sounds made up and if not, it is 2021 so set up a secondary email to reply all to customers who request it. Also, they quoted us for three movers but sent four and then wanted to charge us for four at the end. I guess we were expected to ask one of the movers to sit in

I was very pleased with my choice to hire Moving Proz. Steve, Benito, Mateo and Julio were all very friendly and professional. They came in and got the job done quickly. The original estimate was for over 4 hours. They completed it in 2 hours. They kept me updated days before the move and even called during the move to see how things were going. I would definitely recommend Moving Proz.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were quick to respond to my emails and/or texts. Even on moving day my texts were answered immediately. The young men were so energetic and got right to work. I was the last move of their day and you would have thought I was the first. They even had a play list that put me right at ease. Mateo, Benito and Kevin were my crew and they were great! They called to say they were on the way bright and early on a Sunday morning and even asked if I needed them to stop for any refreshments. They were very polite and courteous. My move was difficult down lots of steps and up lots of steps but they were professional and never complained. They even moved my giant potted monstera. I would definitely hire them again! Thanks guys!

Moving Proz did a great job. They did a video tour of my home and sent me a quote immediately. I waited on quotes from several other moving companies and never heard back, meanwhile Moving Proz followed up with me multiple times and was in continual communication with me before finally confirming the booking. The crew --Brandon, Rob, Tyler, Oscar,… Ledo and Chris--was outstanding: professional, courteous and efficient. Scheduling was very transparent. Arrived within their planned time window. Movers were polite and moved with appropriate urgency. Had no issues with their care of my items. Were respectful throughout. The estimate of time and amount was spot-on. They did track some mud and didn't try to clean up. Was still satisfied with their work overall and would use them again and recommend to family.

I can't say enough wonderful things about these guys. Their service was fast, efficient, and very affordable. Within 15 minutes of calling to receive a quote, I was booked with zero issues. They sent a text and email every step of the way to let me know about pending arrival times and confirmation of service. The guys were even helpful with advice on how to drive with a trailer hitch. I moved in april of last year and someone on facebook just asked for reviews & i remember how crappy my experience was.
they arrived on time & communication was decent, but i truly have NO IDEA how a 16 ft truck was not able to hold my 2 bedroom apartment worth of things - i owned 2 bookshelves, a couch, a queen mattress. everything else was broken down & in boxes. my movers got as "much as they could fit" in the truck and said they would come back for the rest of my items. i included photos of the "full" truck, which is not at all altered or waiting for them to

I tried contacting your offices in regards to the broken pallet jack multiple times with no response. It wasn't until I left an unflattering Yelp review that I was contacted via email (a week after my initial calls). James was very patronizing and unhelpful. In so many words he informed me the tip would not be refunded until I removed my Yelp review and signed a release form agreeing not to "malign" your business any further. I wasn't even asking for a full refund, just a retraction of a tip our crew felt was undeserved. It took James approximately 15 days to respond to my email

I shopped around to find a few hands and a truck to take care of moving my mom out of her apartment. These guys responded quickly with a competitive bid. An email. A text. Voila. It was done and ready for the day. Communication ahead of time was great and left me very confident things would go well.
Trevor and Brady showed up and were friendly, hard working and really fast-paced. Professional the whole time but no wasted time. They got after it. They also let me know a couple of times things I could do to make it better overall.

Don't be like me, heed the reviews. First off we lowball the quote and then take our time getting the job accomplished. Price was double what was quoted. No biggie, paid it. The move was literally 7 miles from one location to the new one. Furniture received more scars and scuffs than when we moved 600 miles away with a different company.
Then to top it all off, the furniture they were paid to assemble was not done so properly. Went to sit on the couch and it's rocking because the frame was not screwed in properly. Needless to say, my next move will not involve these "Proz.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I cannot say enough good things about this crew! I called two days before to see if by chance they could help me out with my move, since my other movers canceled on me last minute. Not only did they get me in, they sent the greatest crew of guys who were as fast, safe, and efficient as possible. All three men were kind, friendly and had great senses of humor as well. They had the entirety of a three bedroom house with a basement moved out and into storage in less than two hours.
I will absolutely be calling them when it's time to move again!

Moving Proz answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided an accurate quote that was below the quotes provided by other agencies. I was skeptical due to the low quote but they far exceeded our expectations.
The movers were personable and took great care when moving our home using two trucks. Everything was wrapped multiple times and nothing was damaged. Highly recommended.
