If you are looking for a quick, professional, and kind moving service go with Gerber Moving. We had a short move down the street but had a lot of large furniture and so many boxes. The two movers, Nate and Justin, were on time and so quick and proficient. We ran into a snag with our couch not fitting in the new place and they brought it back to our old apartment and even offered to help load it up if we could find a buyer before they left. They took so much stress off our shoulders and made moving so much easier!

AWFUL owners!!! They broke a piece of our exercise equipment and are refusing to pay for it to be repaired. It has visible damage and scratches which the moving team showed us. There is damage inside and the equipment now blows a fuse when you plug it in which happened to the movers while they were there. They are now not returning calls and say "How do we know it worked before we moved it". Really shady. Avoid this company. It was plugged in and working when they moved it.

Do not use this company! We lost our home to a tornado and entrusted Gerber to move and store the items salvageable. They damaged almost everything they touched. My kitchen plates were stacked unwrapped in boxes, bathroom drawers full of bottles of liquids were dumped into boxes with other household items, all unwrapped. They crammed our things… into wooden crates further damaging our items. Because our home wasn’t finished in time for Christmas we asked for our Christmas items from storage. They do not inventory the items and could not tell us what was there or where. They then charged

We had friends affected by the Linwood tornado. One call to Gerber was all it took to get the supplies necessary to start the recovery process. They donated boxes, tape and offered to send men to help move large items. Thank you thank you thank you. Your concern for people over profit is heartwarming.
We have personally used Gerber several times to move our piano and most recently to pack and store most of our furnishings and move us into a new home. Excellent, excellent service through the entire process.

If I could give a minus start review I would. By far the worst experience we have ever had when moving from Fort Leavenworth to San Antonio. First of all, they had no idea that they would be moving a 1200lb safe, then when they showed up to move it, they brought four guys and tow straps. We told them from the get-go they needed pile jacks to get it… out, but instead, they moved it by force, which will be a problem later one. They didn't wrap any of our mattresses in the house, they put all of our furniture (which is the only thing they were supposed to move) onto a small moving truck where

Long story short, we have had to change our closing and moving date so many times! Gerber Moving is thee BEST!! They stepped i. When I was about to crumble from all the stress of his fiasco. Bill said we are completely booked the day you need us, BUT we are going to get you moved no matter what!!! Sooo they were great and decided to load us up and wait til we signed papers late in the day and was able to drop it for us!! Awesome service!! They are the best and the most accommodating moving company!!
