We had our pool redone with Elite Pool Management and they did a great job. Our pool needed a lot of work but they were able to handle everything for us. Their prices are very affordable and they were able to get the job done quickly. I’m so happy that they were able to get everything back in order for us. I’m so appreciative of their help. Our pool had really been let go by the previous owners. Thankfully Elite Pool Management was able to bring it back to life. They were able to access our specific needs and make a solid plan to get everything in good shape again. It took a few appointments but I am truly amazed with how great everything looks. THey couldn’t have been more professional and since then we have had them regularly maintain our pool. They were the best company we could have chosen for the job. Thank you very much.

If you’re looking for the best pool service in the Gilbert area, you should definitely reach out to Damien. My pool has never looked better. This company is so honest, upfront, and reliable. I’ve never had a problem with my service and they always keep my pool looking great. I even have had them come out to work on the pool when I wasn’t there because I trust them completely. They will continue to be my pool care company for many years to come. I highly recommend their excellent services.

HORRIBLE experience. They charged me incorrectly on every invoice and ignored me when I pointed it out to them, they left my pool green and unswimmable, they would not show up for weeks at a time, and they continued to come by randomly and and charge me after I cancelled their service. It is incomprehensible to me that a business can be run this poorly. Stay away!!!

The owner of this company, Damian, contacted me and attempted to bully me into changing my review. He lied to me, even though I have documentation for all of my claims. He personally agreed to terms with me, did not respond to my messages when pointing out discrepancies, left my pool in HORRIBLE, unswimmable shape, and then blamed me for it. Just the worst kind of person. His response is completely fabricated and he continues to send me invoices even though he has not serviced my pool. Crazy. Please avoid this company at all costs, it is terrible from the top down.

Damien has been great to work with. This hot hot summer left me with a green pool. I would scrub and chemical non stop it felt like and finally decided to contact a professional. Damien is nothing short of that, he helped get rid of my algae problem and replaced my filter. Very easy to communicate with and always sends a breakdown of what was completed on the day. I ultimately decided to sign up for weekly cleaning because of all of this. Would recommend!

Been with Elite for a couple of weeks. We switched after our previous pool company was negligent with our pool chemicals. I contacted Elite for a quote and spent an entire day messaging back and forth with the owner, Damien. He personally came out twice in one day to check our chemicals and equipment and discovered our chlorinator was set way too high and our chemicals were completely out of whack. That's service! If you need pool work or ongoing service, I can't recommend these guys enough!! We initially had elite come out and resurface our pool (and new tile) and they did a great job. I was very pleased with their work; it was quick, priced fairly, and the worksite was kept super clean.
We had never had a "pool guy" for maintenance/service, but I was so happy with their re-surface that I thought I would give them a try. I can't tell you how happy I am with that choice. The pool is always sparkling and I don't have to spend hours a month (and $$$) at the pool store buying chemicals

We would not turn to anyone else for our pool needs and maintenance! They've done a ton of work for us over the years: resurfacing our pool, replacing our filter, and helping us maintain it. They educate us how to keep better care of our pool which helps us reduce cost. I would refer them to anyone!

We had an old pool pump finally go out. After playing phone tag with a company we previously used, I reached out to Elite after seeing all the good reviews. Damien responded right away. I was worried our pool would sit for a week and go green after so much rain. But Damien picked up the part the next day and had us up and running in no time, despite the previous homeowner's horrible diy work. Great customer service, very responsive. Elite Pool Management has been a great choice for our pool care! Not only are the reasonably priced, but they give me regular updates every week on what was performed at service and Damien and team are extremely responsive to questions and messages. They go the extra mile to really make sure that everything is well taken care of and that your questions and needs are met. 100% recommend! Just bought a new home and discovered a massive crack in my pool :( and with no knowledge of pools I was upset and discouraged. I called three pool companies because our pool was green & our pool light needed to be replaced. Elite Pool Management is the only one to return my call and came by that very same day. I contacted Elite Pool Management through their website and had an email response within 15 minutes. Based on this and the other reviews I saw on Yelp I was hopeful. I responded around 7pm to the email asking about the costs for adding a heater to my pool. I received a response to this email before 10pm with a pretty wide range for the costs, but what seemed to be a reasonable amount. I called several pool company's because our pool light wasn't working. Amazed how I never got a call back from some and how unprofessional other calls were. Damien called back and answered my questions in a way that made me feel like he was knowledgeable and capable. I wasn't sure if our light was having an electrical problem so I needed to be sure who ever came to fix it, could handle the issue.

I called Elite pool because my 9 month old puppies chewed through one of the pipes and my pool was draining into my back yard. I didnt realize how serious it was until I received a $500 water bill!!!
Damien immediately replied to my email and was out the next morning to take a look even though I was not in his service area.
He quickly repaired the pipe and even redid the chemicals.
