Really bad experience using this Company, Pool never been clear during all this time they service time my pool, never respond to complaints either by phone, Text or email, their advertising says the captain doesn't allows their kids to swim unless the water its clear, well is not what they did in my pool, always green, they change the silica off my filter and they pile it against the filter and along my fence, terrible Company.

This the second pool I've had serviced by Captain Clear over the last 3 years. In theory these guys are great. I was told my play pool would be vacuumed, filled, chemicals adjusted and skimmed weekly for a great rate. They send you texts to let you know when they are on the way and once they are done.
I've had periods of issues before but we've reached a breaking point when I finally realized they don't seem to actually service your pool. That great rate isn't so great once you realize your just paying for someone to turn on your pool pump. This all finally became abundantly

This company used to be outstanding. Management has changed and they went downhill. All of the other folks that have commented on here are correct. They play games with billing and generally do not care about doing the job right. Things like filter cleans or replacement must be initiated by the customer. My pool started turning green so I told them there must be a problem, they said I needed to have my filters cleaned....umm, isn't that what I pay you for? They made an agreement with me to clean my filters as part of the monthly fee....and they did, for 3 years. Then all of a sudden they

I never write reviews. This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write. So that must tell you how displeased I really am with Captain Clear. Our pool has been GREEN GREEN non-useable for a full month now!!!! They blame everything from the monsoons and its normal for this time of year and your isn't the only one. Thats supposed to make me feel better that other pools they are caring for our green as well???? They now decided they don't think our brand new pump is good enough. Its a brand new energy saving variable speed pump. They want it re-programmed and then claim there

After our last service expected us to work for them apparently (constant complaining that we were not doing enough) we fired them and hired Captain Clear. So far they have been awesome. They do an amazing job every time, and so far at least, have not charged my anything for extra chemicals. My former company always had something else they wanted to charge me for. On top of all that, you can pay online, and check your test results online as well. Highly recommended.

I have a 50,000 pool and was away from home for 2 months. Unknown to me while I was gone, my regular pool guy quit so when I arrived home my pool was green. I called Captain Clear in the morning and told them I was having a party that evening and needed it cleared up. I was amazed. 10 hours later the pool was perfectly clear and my party was a huge success. I will be using Captain Clear from now on.
