Donnie Mingus isn't your typical company president. When asked about his role at Team Construction, Donnie pointed outside the building and said, without hesitation, "Those are the guys that run the company." If you press Donnie on it, he did have something to do with the success of Team Construction.
It's an attitude that starts with our owner and president, Donnie Mingus; an attitude that permeates the mindset of every Team employee. It's a responsibility shared by all. And what we preach, we put into practice. Before the first ditch is dug and before the first pipe is laid, we've laid the groundwork for a safe, secure environment.
With over two decades of experience and leadership in the gas and water industries, Donnie understands that doing the work when you say you're going to do it - and doing it the right way - is the only way to do business. Here at Team Construction, we strive to give back as often as possible. One organization that has really touched us is The Journey Home Project. This past week, several Team employees got the opportunity to experience tactical training with two American heroes, Kyle Lamb and Mark Geist. To hear their stories is quite humbling, and we cannot thank them enough for their service.
A huge thanks to one of our customers, Atmos Energy, for inviting us to their suite at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, TX. Rob Koons (CFO), Mason Mingus (KY Superintendent), and Megan Mingus (Accounts Receivable) were able to travel to Dallas and attend the Dallas Cowboys vs Tennessee Titans football game.
