Timo’s team was prompt, very professional and courtesy all through the job. What I appreciated about Timo’s is how straight forward the whole team was. They were about getting the job done right and making sure we were satisfied.
When we had questions and concerns regarding cost, Glenn followed up with us same day and was very direct and straight forward without giving us a sales pitch. I appreciated his direct candor and took the time to make sure he had researched all rebates and break down the price of the system further than usual. So far I’m on the fence about choosing Timos over comfort air… They’re very slow to return my calls and are not willing to give me the information that I’m asking for in a timely way. I will be reviewing them further once this last issue is (hopefully) resolved… Therefore I will say that the jury is still out on the kind of review beyond an average of 3 stars I’m choosing to leave and the word of mouth I will choose to spread.

Timo’s did a very professional job installing mini split heating and cooling. They were efficient and cleaned up after the work. They made sure I knew how to operate the remote before they left. While I may have found a cheaper contractor I wanted it done right. Thanks Timo’s!

Anita , Glenn, Nick & Adam at Timo’s were excellent to work with. Not only scheduling a temporary fix on a Sunday but the estimate and scheduled install of a new A/C system the next day went smoothly. As a retired Palm Springs Fire member Timo’s has been the “ go to” A/C Co. for a lot of us in the desert. Same work ethic and professionalism as ours which is lost with a lot of business’ these days. Would recommend them to anyone.

Naturally the AC goes out Friday early evening on a 120 degree day. I called at 6 and they were here before 7:30. The problem was straight forward and the fix didn’t take long. Bill reasonable too! Service tech was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Great overall service experience.

Timo's A/C replaced my a/c unit with a new system. I have had constant problems with the system that they sold me. I have had 4 nights with a new a/c unit that did not work at all. I have come home to my kitchen floor flooded with water twice. They have come out and worked on my unit at least 8 times. The only thing that worked well with Timo's is them getting paid $7,345.00 for my system. Everything else had be a complete nightmare. Very polite employees. Nothing else even resembles a company that knows what they are doing. They said my drain was plugged - come to find out it is not plugged the

Jose, with Timo's, came by yesterday to install a new system. It included the compressor, heater and coils. They were just GREAT. The crew were friendly, industrious and, working in pretty warm weather, worked straight through to get my A/C system installed. I cannot recommend this company enough. Was a delight!!
