My house is 28 years old and Diefenderfer Plumbing has been doing superior work for me for over 20 years. Ralph and his crew have installed 2 hot water heaters, an RO system, and a water softener. They have replaced faucets, fixed leaks, etc. Pricing is fair. All work has been done in a professional and courteous manner. I also like the fact that Ralph takes pride in his work and stands behind it. I would not hesitate to recommend this plumbing company.

I wanted a RO system on my kitchen and a hook up to the refrigerator. Diefenderfer plumbing was referred to me by a friend that had been using their services for over 4 years. Ralph came in and explained how the system worked. I told him that I did not want my water to be acidic. No problem. Ralph went to his supply house and brought back a water softener that had an alkalinity increasing filter and installed it under the sink. Once the installation was completed, Ralph ran water through the piping for a while to make sure that there were no leaks. This was an amazing experience and they will be

Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case

We have used Ralph for over 10 years and he is very honest, knowledgable and trustworthy. He can handle all your plumbing issues and he won't try to upsell you on anything else, frankly he is so honest if it's an easy fix he may even try to talk you through fixing it yourself because he is just a good guy like that. His prices are reasonable and he does a fantastic job. I highly recommend Ralph and wouldn't use anyone else.

I needed to replace the main water shut-off outside my house. I called Ralph about 1pm and he was able to come at 2.30pm the same day, Friday afternoon. Job was completed perfectly within 1 hour, and he also had the part needed to repair an anti-siphon valve for the irrigation supply. Very pleased, top marks, highly recommended.

Thanks to all the yelpers I found this company and they are the best, honest and affordable. I had to replace my main shut off valve and also add a new hose bib and they came in and they took care of it right away. I send them pictures and they quoted me right over the phone can't get any easier than that and very pleasant to speak too.

I have called around 10 different plumbers and handyman over the last three days and Ralph was by far the best to talk with over the phone! He was a competent, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible on payment and very reasonably priced! I initially was going to use a company I used two years ago and had a really good experience with, but they really let me down in the communication and renter scheduling this time so I'm really happy to have found somebody else! Will update once the work is complete

My twin toddlers flushed a remote control down our toilet and it was REALLY wedged down there! I knew it was beyond my skill level to fix myself, so I reached out to Karin for help. Ralph was able to squeeze us in right away, and after removing the toilet our remote was finally free. Our son loves tools and loved watching Ralph work. Ralph was even kind enough to fix the loose doorknob on our front door that kept falling off every time he tried to use it Thanks so much for your help guys, the next time something gets flushed you will be our first call!

Ralph works with his daughter Karen and were recommended by my mother in law.
We needed to replace the main water and shower valve. Not many people are able to do this.
I called Ralph and he came out the next day to inspect. All was good so we scheduled him for the following week. He was great value and did an awesome job. I like to support small business's and Ralph has probably been in business for over 30 years. He works a lot with builders and contractors. I now have my go-to plumbing guy.
