Antony helped establish Swift Property Services, Inc. in 2004. His training in business and construction management enables him to supervise all aspects of any project undertaken. Keith trained in the United Kingdom becoming a Master Builder and President of a large group of companies. He brings hands on skills and expertise to the company, that enable Swift Property Services, Inc. to excel in all projects that they undertake.
He is also an engineering craftsman, able to take on custom projects involving design, welding, machining and woodworking for those difficult tasks that you need. Shaun joined the Team in 2010 from the United Kingdom bringing comprehensive skills in business planning and expertise in custom home finishings, especially leather. He trained a leather finishing technician developing leather finishings for leather floors, walls in custom home design.

We have rented from Swift since May 2019. We have rented two properties from them and both were high quality and lovely homes. If we ever had any problems we contacted Swift and they arranged someone to sort it straight away.
They are very professional and will do everything in their power to make sure we are supported and that whilst they are there to support and work with their landlords they also assist and work with us as the tenants so we feel comfortable in our own homes.
We are sad to leave Carmarthen and Swift, as we wanted to live in the last house we rented from them on a long term

Positive: Professionalism
Have just rented through Swift, and everything has gone smoothly, barring a few incidents with emails from them not sending (but that was an IT issue, not a Customer Service issue). Everyone's been professional and friendly so far, so will update this review as the year goes on!

We've been renting through Swift Relocations for the past 5 years and recently had to move as our landlord was selling the property. Do not reply to enquires at the moment which is v annoying. The staff were friendly a couple of years ago when I was looking for a rental, however due to my circumstances never managed to secure me a property. Single mum with a child and a cat even though I work and have references and guarantor if needed, also willing to pay higher bond. They never actively tried helping me find the right property.
