The response time was great when I call abacus the service tech that came out knew his business. What he was doing he found the problem, the part was not available he had the part within 48 hours came in and replaced the part, less than an hour it was the heating unit in the Attic. The blower had gone out he spoke very knowledgeable about what he had done and what he was going to do great service no complaint will continue to use them in the future.

The technician was wonderful and beyond nice.
Abacus however charges absurd prices and won’t give you a quote over the phone for simple tasks in hopes that by the time you wait all day for them to show up you feel obligated to use them. They wanted ~$700 to hang 3 light fixtures, the items alone didn’t even cost that much.
Don’t waste your time, they care about your $$ and that’s it. Shocked anyone would ever be a returning customer.

We are planning to replace the original heating and cooling system in our home. Abacus was one of the providers we reached out to for a price estimate. Henry called with an estimated time of arrival and gather some basic information to help prepare for the assessment. He was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. Henry took the time to explain the ducting work and checked breaker panel. And provided the estimate before leaving.

David Daniel, he was very polite I'd highly recommend to have him come out again. He told us the issue, gave us estimates for future installments. Made sure the repair wasn't gonna leak or anything else. Not many people I'd have encountered are like him. He greeted us, him and my husband talked the whole time he was repairing our hot water hoses. And for my husband that means a lot if he really likes someone. He enjoyed the interaction from our technician, he was pleasant to be around. I am late updating my review but if you need abacus out to, I'd recommend asking for David Daniel!

Technician was on time and very professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me five possible solutions at various prices to choose. We discussed them all and came up with the best solution for my problem. After his explanations, I felt very confident in my choice. He fixed it quickly to my satisfaction. He went over proper maintenance and explained the warranty. I will be using Abacus for all my future plumbing needs!

Daniel Luke fixed the gas hook-up to our fire place logs in short order. We are happy to have had a professional find the issue and fix it so we can be confident with our new gas fireplace and enjoy it...no worries. Daniel was on time, polite, wore a mask and put covers on over his shoes which shows the attention to detail of this company and Daniel.

He did the fall inspection of my furnace. I’m 5 minutes he was done. I asked hi if he was done so quickly, he said yes that the furnace only takes 5-10 min. I’m not sure if he did inspect/ service my furnace. I know he was in my attic because he left a lot of grass and debris near the attic door. I have been trying to schedule this service for 5 months for just 5 min. Abacus wanted to cancel this service again today but they decided to keep the appointment after I said I would use someone else

I had an issue with power going out in most of my house on the morning of New Year’s Eve. Since I wasn’t sure about how extensive the issue was, I powered down my electric panel. At first the service agent didn’t think they could fit me in until after 6, since I was desperate especially on a Friday holiday, I accepted the appointment. They ended up coming out 30 minutes later and had two other electricians come out and replace the panel. They were able to offer a financing plan that made the payment more affordable. They installed my new panel and explained all the issues in detail. I think
