Luis and Hector were very professional from the time the roof was inspected to getting the new roof installed and the final inspection thereafter. The only thing I thought they would have done automatically was cut back the branches touching the shingles without me having to request it. However they referred me to someone to do it and had to pay extra. I still give them a 5 star because they still did everything I asked for.

Very quick and quality work, the only reason why this isn’t 5 stars is because although we had a very clear timeline on the delivery of materials and the start of the actual roofwork communicated, there were several preliminary visits that we were unaware of being scheduled. As a work from home female, I would have liked to know for my own security, also so I could reschedule or prepare for loud noise during meetings. I understand if was earlier or later in the day I was notified, but would have like some notice in the first place. Otherwise, solid team and very efficient. Recommend

We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience of replacing our roof with Austin Roofing. I got estimates from 5-6 companies and Luis was the best communicator, answering questions and interpreting our conversation into a project that was accurately estimated. The workers were tidy and it was completed as discussed in the promised timeframe. We had to have some fascia and gutter repairs, which other companies don't do. Austin Roofing saved us from having to get another contractor, and then beautifully matched our materials and colors. We now have a lovely roof and no lingering contractor

My entire experience with Austin Roofing was a very good one. I had a good bit of roof structure damage that needed to be repaired due to tree and water damage. While there was the possibility that additional work and costs might be required depending on what the crew found while removing the old roofing material, it ended up being totally covered by the quoted price. So, no additional costs and the work was done well. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend Austin Roofing to anyone. They do excellent work.

Billy came out and inspected our roof within a day of my call. He was able to get an estimate to the insurance company and get our repair scheduled quickly. The crew came on the appointed day and discovered additional damage but took great before and after photos for our insurance company to show that additional work was required. They not only did a great job but left the job site incredibly clean. I would happily recommend this company based on my own experience.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. Efficient, they worked to get more coverage from my insurance company, I barely had to do a thing. Jeremy is awesome and delivers on his word. They were understanding about us waiting on the check from the insurance company to come before we got to pay them. And on top of all that they even re-stained my garage door and shutters as part of their service!
