Our cross-country move could not have gone more smoothly. By far the easiest and best move we've ever done. Movers were on time (early!). Everything was done efficiently and cleanly. They laid down material to walk on...perfect loading. Unloading on the other end was just as great. Driver was the same at both locations, two helper guys on either end were locals to that specific area. Everyone was so friendly, kind and professional. We would 100% recommend them again. (R&M do local moves, and contract with the big companies for long haul)

Outstanding moving company in all ways. Everyone showed up on time - courteous- and took very good care of all of my things when loading and unloading. I was not an easy move - but everyone worked so hard to make it happen in a way that was very stress free. Highly recommend !!

Used them to move from CA to VA, very happy with them! They charged exactly what was on the binding estimate, they arrived on time, delivered 6 days later! No damage to anything! The driver communicated along the way, and was also helping load and unload. They were slightly more expensive than the other two major movers we spoke to, but worth every penny!

The whole team was great in keeping me informed all along the way. The team that packed my things were terrific and packed everything with great care. They were also very courteous and upbeat. Tough job and they were superb!
James, who handled my delivery, was also very professional, very thorough and conscientious. It was obviously very important to him that he do a good job and he absolutely did. I’m so grateful.

Robb & Messer are absolutely the best movers. I had a restricted window of time to move from CA to the East Coast. Kory came out right away to provide a quote and to answer all my questions. When ever I called I received clear helpful information. For such a large move from a home across the country this a big investment but a good value to have all arrive safe and sound. The entire team is experienced, caring and courteous. The crew that came to pack up and load my items were such hard workers and careful to inventory all my items correctly. Wow! No one could ever equate moving with any type of fun activity, but Robb and Messer made our move a whole lot easier. Dave Robb was very helpful, patient and accommodating when we contacted him, and didn't change despite a number of adjustments we were forced to make to our schedule - both in date and destination. The crews (both loading and unloading) were friendly, on time and extremely careful with our furniture and boxes. We have not found one thing even slightly damaged from the move. We would highly recommend Robb and Messer.

Robb and Messer moved an antique piano & organ for me. I was so pleased with their overall service - definitely an A+ in service all around. Their response was prompt & helpful. I felt they went out of their way to schedule this job - very accommodating. The 2 guys (sorry, didn’t get their names) that did the moving were careful, efficient and friendly. Thanks - great job and one happy customer.
