Chris Fadely is the Principal Architect at CKF Architecture. As a 9th generation Bahamian, Chris has an exceptional eye and wealth of experience with coastal architecture. He has worked on significant coastal projects within the United States and the Bahamas with stringent floodplain and permitting requirements.
He believes that each project is an opportunity to pragmatically respond to local site, environmental, and climate conditions. Chris uses a "results-based" approach to work with clients from "pen on paper" to "key in the door". He received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kentucky and his Master of Architecture from the University of Florida.
