Ac broke after 2 years for the 3rd time, calling them to make a deal and as im talking they cut my words and tell me "LISTEN TO ME" poor customer service. Wont ever use them again..

Appt was suppose to be between 1&3pm . Didn't get here till almost 6pm. No communication.
Then he gased up the a/c. At 11pm the house is still HOT. 88 Degrees hot. Plus he didn't leave any paper work. Very disappointed in this company .Too expensive also. Not happy.

AC guy came out and lied about what was wrong showing us fake pictures. He had no idea we would climb in the attack and check. Still waiting on the pictures he showed us . This company is a sham find another hvac company!

The worst. They were supposed to show up at 1 p.m. between 2 and 4 p.m. they wouldn't answer any three of the phone numbers I was provided. When they did finally answer they told me they were super busy. So I replied so you just admitted that you're putting other people in front of me. When they did finally show up at 6 p.m. they charged me 360 dollars for the freon and 130 dollars for the service call. When I asked him to get to negotiate the service call because they were five hours late his response was he couldn't negotiate with a new customer. I told him they just lost a customer

I have used many air conditioning companies in the past 25 years. Never happy. This company is always honest, professional, on time, upfront and reasonable with the costs. They even sent me a text with the picture of the technician and a short bio, so you know who to expect. I always use Joe & Joe AC.

Sold me and AC that broke once within 1 year second year broke again and wanted to charge me just to come look at an AC they sold me. Other AC company came looked at it and told me that the ac is very poorly installed with screws missing etc etc.. now im dealing with warranty claims with this new ac company and paying for labor for a 2yr old ac

First and foremost always be weary of companies with so many good reviews. They are usually made up by the owner and Friends or they offer customers incentives to write good reviews. This company is the absolute worst. They are crooks!
My air was blowing but the air wasn't cold. The technician came out and told me I needed a new blower. I couldn't understand why but he told me that would fix the problem. Guess what still blowing warm air after a $400 bill. I called them back out a week later and this time they told me the FPL wiring was the cause. After they apparently fixed the problem with the

They will charge you $85 dollars just to show up and NOT tell you about it up front. then give you attitude when you question it because you magically need to know how their business operates. Keep in mind the technician actually did work on the ac Unit, this was not a consultation visit. Do yourself a favor a go elsewhere.

Richard Vera and his team did a great job installing our our new Rudd air conditioning system. They were very neat and clean as well as being respectful of my wife and myself and our property. Their price was reasonable and there were no hidden extras. Nayiry, has been a pleasure to speak with and to take care of all the details and permit matters. I highly recommend Joe and Joe.

We have been working with this company for several years. They've not only maintained our units but actually installed new ones for us when ours kicked the bucket. They're honest and I like the fact that they're family owned. Nayiry manages the business part and Joe is out in the field. A gentleman by the name of Gilles does our maintenance and he knows what he's doing. I've never been disappointed.

Prices are ridiculously high in comparison to other companies in the area. I would recommend you shop around and not pay their $85 fee for them just to come out, which does not get applied to your service if you decide to use them.

IF you are considering engaging the services of this company, be aware of MY attempt.
They made an appointment on monday 8/05/19 morning @ 10 to 12 AM but never showed. They called in early afternoon with excuse to arrive later, I asked when and was told they would call me shortly with the time. Today is Friday 8/09/19 and i've yet to hear from them.

I'm thinking . . . they did me a favor, albeit I can strike them off the decision list. YOU decide what's best for you.

We are snowbirds who needed AC help during the summer when we were away. A friend recommended Joe and Joe. The system was old and we thought it would be easy for them to tell us we needed a new system. Instead they replaced a motor and the charge was very reasonable. Never met them but I trust them!

The best AC Company in South Florida! When it was 90 outside my ac broke and when I called them they came out right away and fixed it! I would recommend this company to everyone and the cost is very reasonable! There employee's are very professional!

There service is excellent after talking with Nayrie and Joseph they sett an appointment to come to my house to see what was wrong with my ac unit. Joe was very polite and very helpful. Thank you Joe and Nayrie and Joseph for your excellent service
