So very glad that I called Dryer Vent Professionals of San Diego. My dryer stopped heating and I didn’t know whether to call an appliance repair company or start by getting the vents cleaned. I knew my dryer was way overdue for cleaning so decided to start there. Darius came out and explained everything every step of the way. The dryer looked clean from the outside but was a linty mess inside. Darius replaced a damaged vent, beautifully cleaned everything, and explained that the gas igniter hadn’t been able to light because of the lint build up which I knew is also a fire hazard. The dryer

I am embarrassed as to how bad I allowed my vent to get, but Dryer Vent Professionals were non-judgmental and very helpful. I was shown before and after and explanations were provided. Advice was also given. The rep was very nice and professional. I was called when he was on his way. The job was well-done and less expensive that I was anticipating. Dariusz did an outstanding job cleaning both the inside of my dryer and the ventilation that had completely clogged with over a decade of accumulated lint. He used his custom camera as each section was cleared to discover that our upstairs condo ventilation has multiple sharp turns and exited on the far corner of our downstairs neighbor's (fenced) patio (4 unit condo). What was initially an estimated 1 hour of work turned into a four hour nightmare session of scrubbing and vacuuming from both ends of the ventilation system. We really appreciate the perseverance

Dariusz from Dryer Vent Professionals did a great job giving our dryer a thorough (and long overdue!) cleaning. When he discovered our outside vent was missing a flapper, he was able to improvise one from the supplies he had on hand with almost no extra cost, saving us a lot of potential trouble down the line. He was punctual, friendly, and very informative - he gave us several helpful tips for how to maintain the dryer going forward. The cost was also very reasonable; definitely worth it for the peace of mind to know our dryer is no longer a fire hazard! I would recommend him to anyone who needs
