Step 1. Vacuum the carpet. At Real Green Cleaning we use a SEBO X4 vacuum to pull deep soil from the carpets. Vacuum has a special "beater bar" that loosens dirt much deeper then a typical vacuum because it rotates at 2400 rpm and with its strong vacuum motor and S-Class hospital grade filtration, you can know that you can breath easy with our system.

I've been using Real Green Cleaning for almost 12 years now. They came out again today and as always, everything was great. I have aging dogs (need I say more?!?) and the carpet looks (and smells) new again!!! They were prompt (quoted a two hour period of 2-4)and they showed up at 2:00 pm. They texted 30 minutes before arriving so I had time to get the dogs outside , but I really appreciate that so I can be sure we are here when they get here! These guys did a great job for us - I recommend you give them a shot.
I will admit, I was skeptical at first when I saw their non-traditional approach to carpet cleaning, as I am very familiar with the more common steam cleaning.
However, I was pleasantly surprised with the results. They were able to fully remove a big grease spot out of the carpet and left everything looking great! Very easy to work with, professional, and polite.

I ended up with a huge water stain on a chair that was a part of my beloved dining set from Haverty's. I was absolutely devastated because the set was my favorite piece of furniture I owned. I tried everything to get the spot out and nothing worked. I contacted Joe and he responded right away. He was out within a few days and had the spot out within minutes. They are a great team. Very friendly, knowledgable, wore feet covers, explained everything, in and out fast- got the job done and answered any questions we had. We have used them every time we need carpet or sofa cleaned. Love them. They also left a bottle of spot cleaner, nice bonus, Would recommend to all friends and family.

What a great company! I can't say enough good things about these guys - thorough, responsive, professional, conscientious and caring - they went above and beyond! We moved into a house with carpet that was stained & had dog odors. The stains all vanished, they have attacked the smell and my carpets look brand new! We had a couple stubborn areas. They let me know ahead of time that if I needed a repeat clean for any reason they would take care of it and they did. Amazed. Joe was amazing. This was the first time we used Real Green Cleaning. Joe graciously answered all my questions upfront. He showed up 10 minutes early, wearing mask and following all safe protocols, and was done incredibly fast. Everything looks great, and the bottle of stain remover provided as a gift at the end was an unexpected, but much appreciated plus. I've already recommended Real Green Cleaning to others and will definitely use them again.

Had another great experience with Real Green Cleaning today. Jeff helped us out. He was on time, wore a mask, foot covers, was friendly and professional. He explained the cleaning process to me and after care instructions. Carpets looked and smelled great right away. I love this is safe for my family and dries fast. I had been wanting to get my micro-fiber couch (with chase lounge) cleaned for quite some time and am happy that I contacted Real Green Cleaning.
They scheduled an appointment promptly, came out and did a great job at removing most of the stains that I had on the cushions. Not only did they do a thorough job but they also provided us with a bottle of the wizard cleaner for the carpet as we also have a small dog and accidents do happen :)

They were super communicative from the beginning and kept in the touch until the cleaning day. They were professional and super friendly which is great when you have strangers coming into your house!
They were quick and efficient. The carpets looked like brand new when they were done, I'm very pleased!

Absolutely phenomenal service! Read to the end for one allergy concern. Joe is very polite and communicated very well with me. We tentatively scheduled for a two hour window at the end of their workday and they ended up showing up quite a bit early, when I was out of the home. Joe was very understanding, didn't make me feel badly, and went and ran some errands until I got home. Then, when I got home, Joe and his co-worker helped me move items out of rooms in prep for the carpet cleaning. It was entirely my fault for not having rooms cleared and they STILL were willing to help me move items around

When it came time to sell our house, I was sure we needed to replace the carpet because it was in such bad shape (30 years old, high traffic and many pet stains) but my husband insisted we try cleaning first. The carpets were dirty and spotted before, and afterwards they are beautiful. Real Green even removed spots left by previous cleaners. All that and environmentally friendly. Exceptional customer service was the difference for us choosing Real Green Cleaning. Our quote through the Yelp platform was accurate and Real Clean called us after to discuss every detail of our home and unique carpet situation in each room (we weren't home when they cleaned). We were moving in a few days later so they left us extra cleaner to use in case we had any accidents during move in. Highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again when we decide to tackle our basement cleaning.
