Sun Devil Pool Supply sold me a spa set of poison to my above ground hot hub. I turned to them for guidance on how to manage and maintain my 4 person above ground swimming pool and spa.

This is what you recommended I use and at what dosage: The set includes: Sanitizer 45 (1 cap a week while running the jets), 1 tsp of Leisure time renew after each use, E-Z Clor, (1-2 tabs a week in a floating dolphin container), spa up and spa down after each test

We love to bring in our pool water to be tested and they have such a great system on how to guide you on getting the levels to the right spot. It's done for free with absolutely no agenda to get you to buy their products. They even help carry it out to the car. We love supporting local businesses, but this one truly deserves local support because you can't find this kind of quality elsewhere!

Horrible service ! Today, Sunday June 7 in the midst of all the racial wars erupting ... I Walked in because the aquatic center next to us was full capacity so I went to get the kids a pizza and decided to walk in the store. When I walked NOBODY greeted me. I had to walk to the front to ask for help. If I was white, I’m sure that wouldn’t have happened so I asked the two white workers who were working behind the counter taking and laughing so I asked if there were any water balloons. Very poor acid washing performed on my swimming pool. Stain was not remove. No brushing done (saw it on my camera). Called them to complain for the poor performance. However asking me to pay again for the technician to redo the acid wash...
I will not buy to this pool store again. Not recommendable....
Just learned also from my neighbor that he has also had a bad experience on this store.....

Excellent customer service, pool tech Ronan was wonderful, friendly, and informative. Did a great job fixing my pool issues and explained how I can prevent future issues.
I would recommend for emergency services and maintenance as well.

I had them come out and do a cleaning on my DE filter for $170.oo I have just drained my pool and the water was clean. They called and said my grids needed to be replaced AFTER THE FACT, If they would have told me when he was working on the filter I would have told them to replace them. Mind you have have sent literally $$$$ with them and the 215.00 for new grids i would have told them to replace them at that time . Need less to say I didn’t believe them Since the grids are less than a year and a half old. I ordered new set off amazon install them myself took the old grids down to show them that

I recently stumbled upon this location by the Fry's Marketplace. I went in to check the prices on the chlorine and muriatic acid. The acid only cost $11.69 on 3/6/19. Tiago was working and was very friendly. I did not get any creepy salesman type feeling that you often get at pool stores. 50Lb bucket of chlorine was only $99.99 and a 25lb was $59.99. Great to have another option besides Leslie's. I will be going here from now on!

Excellent customer service. Went in to get a part for my filter. After looking up filter in book we were able to locate part number and a replacement part for my 30 year old starite filter, after I was told by another pool store parts are no longer availiable. Employee was super helpful and polite.

Great prices and excellent customer service. I buy all my products from them and look forward to checking out their great selection of summer toys for my son. All my neighbors and family uses them.
