I discovered my downstairs bathroom was flooded due to a stopped up shower drain. Our neighbor recommended Drain Pro Man, so I gave him a call and was able to secure a same day visit from Kevin, one of the employees. He did a very professional job clearing the drain pipe in about 15 minutes. Kevin even cleaned up the water that was on the floor. The price is a bit higher than other companies, namely, $125, but the job was well done.

Talk about finding an honest, creative and helpful plumber, Mike and his son, Kenny are just that. I've had a few others from his team show up, but these guys are my plumbers. They do excellent, honest and great work.
They've installed a new shower and moved my toilet, a dishwasher.
I'm having them hook my ADU to the sewer beneath my house. Any other plumber would not have called the inspector to have this work done. Until Mike called, they were going to hook it up to the street sewer. He saved me thousands of dollars.

Here’s the thing, when a client asks you how much something is going to cost you don’t hit them with an astronomical number after the fact. He charged me 350 for a 2 hour consult. Highway robbery because my problem wasn’t even solved and the 350 wasn’t even going towards the solution . I’m a single female and I come across this a lot with these guys . They take advantage .

I live in South Bay and also own a 8 unit apartment building built in the 1960's with old pipes that tend to plug up when things like tampons or an overabundance of hair get thrown in the toilet. And for whatever reason, the pipes tend to back up on Saturday nights at 10 PM way too often.

Had them plumb a new construction (2018), as well repair and pipe an old 1920s house a few years ago ,everything they have done for me is amazing. Wished I would have listened to my gut and had them do a remodel job we did in a bathroom 6 years ago (2014), now I have to repair the damage from the leaks and redo all the piping to make the drains work properly and no leaks. Drain pro is doing the work this time and are pointing out all the flaws from the remodel. For the past few years I have exclusively using these guys. They are the best in the area.

These guys have been my plumber for the past few years, wouldn't trust anyone but them. The last time i tried a different plumber for less had these guys come out and check it out, they told me everything that could go wrong... It did, they came and fixed those issues. Now we only use them and have had nothing go wrong. Highly recommend

Rick, Mike, and Kenny are awesome people, and great plumbers. They have a small town feel to the operation - you'll be friends with them by the end of whatever job you all do. Their work is thorough and of really good quality. They're good at communicating throughout the job (mine have been small so far, but still), and for scheduling jobs. They get busy sometimes because they're so good, but they make time for everyone

Mike is outstanding. My toilet was literally backing up into the tub (Ugh), and after unsuccessfully trying to use my home warranty, I found Drain Pro. The real problem is the vent for the pipes is on the roof. Mike and his son Kenny got on the roof, and stayed up there for hours unplugging whatever the heck was clogging the pipes. We never really figured out, but at least it's completely cleared. I asked for suggestions to make it easier the next time, and he game a few ideas. I recently had a main line back up. I initially hired another rooter service to snake out the main line. When it backed up again a few days later, they came back out and after running the camera told me that I needed extensive repair work that would cost many thousands of dollars. They indicated that it would be in my best interest to replace the entire sewer line. This would even cost more money. I also had a sewer company come out and they recommended that I also change the entire line. I'm not sure just how much this would have cost because neither one of these companies actually provided

I was blessed today to discover Drain Pro through Yelp. I had a major sewer stoppage and already had another quote from a plumber that was sent by my home warranty service. I called Mike to get a second opinion, and am so glad I did. He came quickly, and we eventually discovered that if the first plumber had been allowed to proceed, I would have paid a lot of money for a "fix" that wouldn't have worked and would have torn up a huge chunk of my yard. Mike and Ken took another route to the problem (snaked a camera through the roof vent, which was very difficult) and fixed the stoppage

I came home one evening to clogged pipes. Based upon the other reviews, I called Drain Pro and left a message. Mike called back, quoted a price and showed up that evening. He found the problem, cleaned it out and was pleasant to boot. He came when he promised, did the work as described and charged his original quote. I could not have asked for more. An honest man!!

Mike is the fastest, nicest, neatest, most professional plumber I have ever used. My whole building now uses him and my building management company said they have never had a more professional and reasonably priced plumber. He has come to my home every time within a couple of hours fixed the problem thoroughly and left it cleaner than before. And he is a good man. Hire him!
