Worst place ever, rude staff! No morals or work ethics..

I just had it too many times got burned. Unit was broken into. They shrugged they're shoulders. When the door broke, the lazy girl up front wouldn't come look at the door or .are a formal report. I asked her to just get me Another unit. She said none available. Then came back and said ok I found one you can move your stuff into, just come in when you're ready.... next thing I know she gets me kicked out! Evicted. Well I found a unit with drive up access for 9 dollars more and a free truck to move

PATHETIC SERVICE.
This place is ridiculous. Worse service you can find in the County.
I have my bill on automatic payment. Payment went through on 3!10 ad it is supposed to. Today (3/21) got to storage at 6:45 am after a long drive and access is denied. I have to drive back with nothing accomplished. Management will say "sorry" which is the best they can do. I know this because this is not the first time that this happens.
This place is so pathetic that you would have to call in every time to make sure you are not locked out even if your payments are made and your account is current.

When I first walked in, Joann greeted me and told me she would assist me after helping out someone ahead of me. Once it was my turn, she was extremely polite. She answered all my questions and even showed me where my unit was.
Please recognize Joann as a terrific employee. She is a wonderful person and she was also training someone else. Joann is extremely professional with a wonderful attitude.

OK prices, but they move up quickly without warning. Poor customer service when remote. Definitely not a place I'd rely on long term or while traveling. Nice facility, but last time I was there they closed the bathroom off to customers. They also did not honor an online coupon when I signed up, which is illegal, but I didn't feel like pushing it. I would say this is not at all a customer oriented business, and not very organized.

Great facility, great price, and decent location. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that they charge your unit 1 month in advance, and won't prorate you if you close early. I had left my unit one week after I had been billed and they refused to prorate me any of the unused time. Other than that, it was a great storage facility at a good price
