Our local focus helps us better serve each and every individual customer whether it is for a small personal unit or multiple larger units for large commercial accounts.
We are a family business that has been building, owning, and managing self storage facilities for over forty years. We strive to provide all of our customers with a professional, pleasant, storage experience. To us, the simple things matter. When you visit us, you can expect to find a clean facility, a courteous staff, and a reasonable pricing policy (we guarantee our storage price for the first year).
We are pleased to offer our valued customers a referral fee for every friend of yours who rents a space at any of our Northern and Southern California locations. This place is awesome. Before deciding on Arroyo Parkway Self Storage, I looked at most of the self storage facilities in Pasadena and surrounds. Nothing compared to these guys.
Arroyo Parkway is safe, clean, and really secure with very helpful, very friendly staff. I was worried about renting a unit on a non-air conditioned floor, but the old solid concrete building remains cool year-round. Another plus is that it's close to Whole Foods if you need a lunch break!!
PROS: Safe, clean, wide hallways, plenty of big wooden carts to move stuff from your car to unit, secure parking, friendly staff

The staff at Arroyo Parkway Self Storage are always helpful and extremely accommodating. The facility is always clean and well organized. I always feel safe when I am there thank you to their surveillance cameras and they never let me forget to pay my bill! This is a big deal since I am very busy and need a little reminder every now and then.
