I had two units at this place and had been renting since July of last year. In December of 2020 I lost my job to COVID 19 and immediately informed them of my inability to pay for full rent in January. I did this with a form given to me by the LA County's office, on top I wrote a letter that explain all of this. Legally according to moratorium because all my household and work equipment was stored they had to obey by the LA County laws. They did not! Not only did they not when I tried to pay they said I How to include late fees which according to design a fact no one was responsible for they

I had a storage unit at this location and the reason why I got the unit was that I was in transition on moving and I didn't want my music instrument stolen. I had property there for about 3 months. One day I went to store some tools I was using that week. I walked up to my unit open the lock and my Electric Guitar Fender Stat., a Fender Amp., a priceless Violin that I custom made myself. All my musical I instrument were stolen. A life time of learning and instruments I use gone and can't be replaced. No sign of drake in, and the management say there not responsible for theft in the storage facility

I had a storage unit here for close to 2 years, yes i agree prices just go up as time passes by. Covid hit last year and they did nothing to help me out at all and even raised the price on me during that time.
Just recently as i was moving some furniture i bumped into someone that looked homeless. it kind of freaked me out he looked spaced out but i guess he was a customer since no one told him anything.

Horribly unprofessional. They treat you like an inconvenience, if they even acknowledge you. They open and close whenever they want. The guy at the front uses the RV storage area as his personal band practice arena which is probably why there’s never anybody available in the office for assistance. They don’t honor their word. If I could give it negative stars I would. Don’t waste your time and just pay the extra at another storage facility. You’ll regret signing up for this dilapidated place.

My storage unit was burglarized and nothing was done about it. Valuable things were taken that I can't ever get back. What's the purpose of surveillance cameras when they won't use them to check on an incident as burglary.

Two suitcases were stolen at #545 which I filed a theft report to the police department, the owner said they are not responsible, and The check out receipt said the refund is $40, but the they won't give it to me. It's too bad!

Great place if your looking for storage in Los Angeles on a budget. A small space is under a hundo. Staff is pretty friendly. It is what it is but I have held my unit for 2 year and some change. They have been amazing!!!!!

Didnt even have a chance to see the property!! I came because i was interested in seeing a unit, thinking of moving from my current storage. The guy at the counter didnt even look up from the desk. Someone else came in and guy ignored me while he tried to help other person. Again i asked to see a unit and he said "im kinda busy right now, a storage unit is a storage unit, if you want it fill out this form." What??!!! There is more to consider, accessibility, cleanliness, safety, security and the property itself. What did he think?? That I'll blindly rent without actually getting

I'm having so much trouble with this storage facility! I chose it for cheapness, but wow having price go up & late fees charged when they can't get their system correct.

Three times now the automatic payments haven't been set up properly, them calling me about late fees because of it this week? Saying they wouldn't charge them, then logging into my account and seeing they did? Just called manager and he put me on hold indefinitely. From signing up the wrong card initially, but not changing it like they said they had, to me having to re-set-up payments three times, and

Needing to ship a package and he said they were closed.

I pointed to the hours that say 5 PM and then he said they actually close at four because of the holiday but all the hours listed say 5 PM

I called in advance to arrange storage for my mother. She walked in same day and they helped her get the right size unit at the right price. Ask for George, he'll take care of you! :-)
