Our house was turned into paradise! Cirilo and the team went beyond our expectations and now we have more than we could ever imagine. Their customer service was amazing and made the process extremely easy for us. Our project consisted of pool/spa, steel pergola, outdoor kitchen, synthetic grass/pavers with palm trees and ficus trees everywhere! Anything you need, they can do and with the highest quality.

Guillermo was my project manager and he's very nice and easy to work with. His crew were fast and efficient. My neighbor, who was a landscaper for the city of Beverly Hills for decades, commented on how well the crew worked: "these guys know what they are doing!"
I took off a star for detail. I am maybe a bit particular, but there were several instances that came up that did not meet my expectations or complied with the conversations I had with Guillermo. For the most part, the 'issues' were resolved thereafter but a few still remain - some of which really cant be fixed

Avoid working with this business at all cost. The cost of service is higher the the fair market value of gardening services, the team has constant turnover, the individual service can vary between each person, individuals do not take the opportunity to introduce themselves, and significant changes can made to the garden without any discussion. I have used this service and did not enjoy any part of working with this company. No one in this organization actually cares cares about the customer.

I'm going to share facts and you make your own determination: We used green grounds for about a year patiently until increasing problems over the last few months and less and less willingness to address mistakes became untenable for us.
On two separate multiweek occasions while we continued to recieve bills, green grounds crews stopped showing up for weeks at a time until we noticed and called to report it. They said we were deleted from the schedule accidentally, twice.

We are so amazed with Greengrounds - fantastic work and amazing customer service. The owner of the company Cirilo is such a genuinely nice and caring guy. He is a total perfectionist with an artistic eye and cares about doing things the right way. That being said, he is totally open to ideas and doesn't have too big of an ego to admit when something could be better and he fixes it! What more could you ask for? We have an old 1927 Spanish home and have done many renovations thru the years and a lot of them were stressful and frustrating but these guys were kind, hard working, good communicators

I wanted to write this review after experiencing the wonderful service from Green Grounds Landscaping. I found them on Yelp. They didn't come recommended by a friend but I couldn't have picked a better company to work with. I got bids from different contractors including Green Grounds.I have some experience with other contractors so I knew what I was looking for and after meeting Cirilo I realized he is not only professional and has great work ethic but he comes with immense knowledge and will go to lengths to make you comfortable and so it was an easy choice to go with them.

We hired Green Grounds after interviewing numerous other companies. I spoke to references and they couldn't say enough good things about the owner and his workers. This company is competitive, however maybe a bit more but worth every penny. They do not skip out on anything. You definitely get what you pay for. Over the past 1.5 months I have gotten to know the owner and his crew, they are happy, hard working people. What l really apprecaited about Cirilo was his work ethic and his perspective about growing his business. Cirilo hires his employees, gives then a working wage, health insurance

What an amazing company and employees! They did my mother's front and back lawn and we were blown away. I don't have a bank roll like her but I still had them come out to bid it. They did everything to work with us to get the bottom dollar amount to where we could afford it. Each time we re worked the bid Cirilo came out to walk us through the changes and made us not feel like we weren't loosing as much as we did. In the long run we felt like we didn't loose anything we wanted. They took us to their nursery and my wife was in heaven picking out plants. Cirilo didn't complain

We've been customers since 2012 and have had many major repairs, remodels and continued maintenance services. I highly recommend this company. Recently had our house painted exterior and interior, and had our hardwood floors refinished to a superb shine. We have been using the landscape service twice a month as well since 2012.

Warning. This company is to be avoided. I am doing concrete steps in my backyard and I arranged to get five bids. One was for 10.5k, two were for 11k and one was for 12k. Cirilo's was for 37k. It was an outrageous attempt to gouge. I live in the Pacific Palisades and sometimes contractors try to see how much they can overcharge. I promptly told him we're done talking

We love our new garden and keep looking out the kitchen and living room windows to view it throughout the day. What we see is a raingarden with coral bells and blue-eyed grass, a mounded berm ringed by manzanita and penstemon, and paths of creeping thyme that Dan and his team created for us.

I appreciated that he didn't make me feel like this would be a small side job, despite knowing my budget was very much on the low end. He was courteous, kind, and confident that his team would be able to execute while staying within budget.

Absolutely loving their work. I just had them come out to design my small backyard, which was previously empty with lumpy DG.
They took my vision and executed it to perfection. I'm grateful that Guillermo was able to design around my limited budget and the whole crew worked so efficiently to get the project done in 3 working days. There was a shipment delay in the beginning, but Yesenia in the office was on top of communications and I never felt out of the loop.

Imagine a huge yard with TONS of potential, yet absolutely NO appeal. That was our back yard for the last 10 years - a huge waste of space. What a great birthday present. My front and backyard were a hot mess. We had Green Grounds come out for a free estimate in hopes of replacing our current landscaper, who we hadn’t been happy with. Dan came within a day to look at our property and was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. He had a crew out less than a week later and we were amazed at the transformation—our yard is like new! I definitely recommend Green Grounds for regular maintenance. They have competitive pricing and they’re worth every penny!

This is an old Mow Rake Sow, which it had Four 1-star review out of 5reviews. and service is same, once you sign up for monthly, the owner never responds to email for anything. request to maintain bugs or any kind of complain, he just never responds .
And rather than of taking care of issues , the owner ignores email and still sends out the monthly bills regardless. Then when you refuse to pay for the months he has been ignoring your email and not actually taking care of the front yard... he just cut off the service.
