Polo and Cooling Nation are incredibly professional, punctual, and do high quality work! They were able to accommodate a next day installation with an early start time on a weekend. The price was very reasonable, and Polo provided a bunch of recommendations and tips on how to keep the HVAC running well for years to come. Was new to the area, in need of a central AC replacement and really didn't know one company from the next. I found Cooling Nation in my search. I called for an estimate and spoke directly with Polo. He showed up on time, gave me some really useful information and provided a quote that same day as promised. I highly recommend Cooling Nation , my experience with this company was excellent, Polo came and gave Us a very knowledgeable estimate and honest and great price we couldn't refuse, He SPEAKS ENGLISH! very important cause my husband doesn't speak Spanish so I didn't have to translate!!, he came on time and did the job as expected and clean after , he also took the time to explain everything that I ask about the AC unit and how to take care of it , very nice person, professional and responsible , A+, we love our new air conditioner thank you Polo!
