Van Horn in Stoughton is wonderful! First time getting a car through a dealership and they made it so easy! Everything from finding the car for the right price to applying for a loan. Everything was done over the phone and e-mail besides a test drive and final paper signing. I didn’t have to spend countless hours sitting there for all the credit checks and loan applications. Highly recommended!

My experience at the Van Horn dealership in Stoughton, WI was nothing less then an absolutely amazing. From the moment we have shown interest in our Jeep, Brian took care of us 100%. There was never a moment I did not think my interests or needs were not met. When we stopped by the office to test drive the Jeep everyone at the dealership were amazing but Brian never stop taking care of our needs or interest. The staff greeted us immediately upon entering even though they were busy. When looking at our van outside, no one bothered us or surrounded us like we were prey. They just let us look, talk about it and come to them on our own terms. Ryan was our sales guy and he took my friendly harassment well. Chris was the finance guy and was organized and upfront about the entire process. Both were not pushy and worked with us on a specific situation(s) and vehicle date since we lived just over an hour away. Would highly recommend Van Horn Stoughton to anyone looking for a different vehicle.

All car dealerships are just the same... right up until you find one that isn't. When my sister told me "This was the first time I've left a dealership truly feeling good about the interaction." it definitely piqued my interest in working with them.
I called in to ask if I could see a car from the Oconomowoc store, but at the Stoughton facility. Immediately, Dennis said "Absolutely!" When they didn't have a driver, Dennis drove out to Oconomowoc with the drivers and drove the car I was interested in back to Stoughton himself.
When I came in to try out the car, the staff were instantly accommodating

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership! Marshall (sales), Christopher (manager), and Brianna (finance) were all an absolute pleasure to work with. They were prompt, to the point, and were respectful of our time and our wishes. They were even great with our children and interacted with them as well. We will definitely be returning for any future purchases and will give our recommendations to our family and friends.

We had a great experience at Van Horn. Marshall was our sale guy. He was super nice and very accommodating. We did not expect to take our vehicle home same day but he made sure we did. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Van Horn and it won't be the last. Great dealership. Highly recommended.

My sales associate, Marshall, was very helpful finding a vehicle that was in my price range and close to what I wanted since I was not able to get my first choice of vehicle. He was very nice and easy to talk to. He wasn’t pushy with my purchase which made it a better experience. It was a fairly easy process to buy. The detailing job could have been a bit better but overall it was very clean. I wasn’t able to bring my car home the same day due to it getting cleaned. The following day can horn delivered my car right to me which made things so much easier and convenient. It was a little time
