John Butler got his start in the construction industry as a foreman for a large mainline commercial paving contractor; and soon after that moved on to working as a heavy civil estimator and operations manager.

I contracted them to remove and replace my driveway. The first problem occured when they called me at work and asked if I wanted the broken sidewalk replaced as well. I asked which side walk the public one or the one leading from driveway to front step. When they said to the front step I knew I was dealing with a dishonest company the person who called me said yeah its cracked which it was'nt prior to leaving in the morning. The guy on the phone says we can fix it for free. I didn't think a black top side walk was going to look good but I was at work and it was broken now sso fix it I figured.

Well, I'm not sure what to start with about this company.
I work for an engineering firm that does asphalt testing for the state of Wisconsin and for the Tollway in Illinois. So I think this company ran into someone a little smarter in the business.
Joe, the supervisor has very poor communication with clients. I was screamed at for no reason. When the removal crew excavated my driveway, they removed to much material from driveway. When they needed to bring in a little extra material, it was my fault as if I did the removal of such material. They didn't use any lasers to shoot grade to know how

I’m beyond appreciative for everything did, from listening to me about my water issues, coming up with a plan to address those issues and squeezing my into an already busy schedule.

Pavement Solutions is a first class "5 star company". Their service, detail to work and full project completion is excellent. They listen to the customer and the work crew team is awesome and displays tremendous customer service quality. I would not try to look for any RFP comparisons as they are fantastic with quality and organization for the only one to chose for corporate and or residential work. I have been in the business for 30 years and they compare to no one and are simply the best!
