Wow, TOP NOTCH experience from Redefyne. Miguel and his crew were professional, friendly, and really cared about their work. We had a doozy of a project with a tight basement stairwell on the move out and a monster set of stairs on our front yard moving in. Not to mention a few bed frames with a million pieces to reassemble! They were able to solve every problem and they were all such a treat to work with I would recommend with 5 stars to any friend! Hardest working and friendliest crew around.

Corry and Brendan did my move and they were great! Super quick and efficient. They handled all the stairs like Champs and didn't complain once. Very communicative and reliable. Redefyne was by far the best choice I could have made. Not super spendy, but definitely worth the money.

Professional and great to deal with. Redefyne was really helpful at answering all of my questions before moving day. They were priced fairly and booking went smoothly. Moving day, for the most part, went off without a hitch. The movers were very efficient and arrived on time. The only issue at all was that one of the movers dragged a couch across our wood floor, causing significant damage. In the end though, Redefyne was solid — they made it right by covering the cost to repair the floor. Throughout that process, Redefyne staff was professional and responsive.

Redefyne was referred to me by my realtor and I'm so glad I followed his advice. I had to use them twice: once for clearing out my home to sell and storing most of my belongings, and again yesterday for moving everything to a new home. Both times I was very impressed with the skills and professionalism-yet-fun all of the workers demonstrated. Jordan was the lead on my first leg and Miguel was the lead yesterday for the big move and they both, with the assistance of the other fantastic guys, pulled off really smooth moves that helped keep my stress level as low as possible. Moving is NOT a fun event

Redefyne helped me with move-in labor in my new apartment, with three flights of stairs as the only means of access. On the crew were Thor (aptly named,) Ethan, and Jesse. Redefyne was fantastic! I would highly recommend them. I had one truck and two guys that had to move a lot of my furniture. They wrapped everything and then did a really great job of moving stuff up and down stairs. It was a lot of work and only two people but they worked hard the whole day. The guys were so friendly and accommodating!

By far the worst moving experience we have had. We decided to go with Redefyne Moving as we have had a decent experience with them ~10 years ago (when they were relatively new here in Portland). But the recent experience with them was night and day vs. the experience we had with them ~10 years ago.
We moved out of a 1200 SQFT condo in NW Portland to a single family home 10 minutes away and was given an estimate for a 3-man team for 5hr 45m, which amounted ~$830. I understand it's just an estimate and actual move could cost more. BUT the actual move took almost 12 hours (~$1900!!!) and

Jordan, "Johnny Appleseed " Alex and the other guy, sorry I didn't catch his name :( were very positive, communicative and TRIED to be funny.
Everyone I spoke with from start to finish were friendly and so helpful!
I'm a little disappointment that we didn't get the laser pointer as advertised, but we did get the okay to beat them with my foam roller when they started to slow down so it was a wash!
We never want to move again, it's the worst, but we will definitely recommend or use them again.

Hands down the BEST movers. Bodie, Dustin, and Jose- you guys rocked! Professional, accurate, high level of communication prior and during moving day, overall I was extremely happy and wanted to give them all hugs at the end. They use tons of blankets, wrapping, carpet runners, everything you can imagine. The three movers worked very hard, and had very high work ethics! Hire these guys. You won't be disappointed.
