These guys are great! We mostly dealt with Matt & Ian, but two other men helped get the truck packed - all very gracious to my 90-year-old mother-in-law who was very stressed out about the move, which was chaotic.
(They are very understanding to Seniors having to move) Because many of the boxes were not ready to go, they loaded all of the furniture, and gave her/us an extra 4-hours to finish packing. They came back and loaded everything that was ready to go. (We had to leave some unpacked kitchen equipment, but it will be shipped later.) The delivery to San Jose went well - these guys are

I spoke with Angie, on behalf of my son and daughter in law regarding an in town move they had coming. Angie was delightful to work with, very helpful and informative. She called the day prior, to confirm the estimated moving list, and to make sure they would have the appropriate number of helpers and supplies. A Senior's move into Assisted Living can be a very sensitive time. NW Grace Moving made the moving process as smooth as could be! I contacted them for the initial quote, and was met with prompt and clear communication. Angela was great - she included my Grandma in the process, which I found very respectful. She was clear about what we needed to do and what we should expect, there were no surprises, and the cost was very fair. The three movers who came that day were on time, efficient, patient, professional, and very respectful of my Grandma and her belongings. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing service. My moving crew arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, assessed my situation and got to work immediately. They were fast, efficient and extremely careful. They had the truck loaded properly in less than 2 hours and drove straight to my new home and began unloading immediately. They took boxes to the exact rooms I designated, set up furniture where I wanted it without back talk. They even loaded my plants into my car and unloaded them as well. After 1.75 hours they finally took a minute to breathe. After the movers left, I realized I could not find the screws to attach the mirror

This is a cut above moving company! Northwest Grace Moving Company moved our elderly father from one apartment to another in Glenmoore Retirement Community. A wonderful place to live.. 5 stars... Then when our Dad passed they moved things to my home... As before they were amazing and fast, professional and nothing was broken.. I highly recommend this company.. Matt, Lisa, and their staff have helped me move twice. Both experiences were exceptional. Matt and his movers were always quick, courteous, and clean. My furniture was carefully wrapped, transported, and placed with care. All of my items, on both occasions, made the moves without incident. Lisa, who helped me book the moves, was friendly and detailed, keeping me informed all along the way. Most of all, the price was upfront and fair. A class act.

This company is wonderful. Good communication from the very beginning and prompt email responses. They were on time and extremely careful. Had absolutely no bangs or dings on furniture or walls!!! None! I have to say I didn't know that was even possible. No hidden fees, either we knew exactly what we needed to pay. They were polite and offered to put everything in place put together. They have moved other family members as well with the same level of satisfaction!! Will use again!!

We used Northwest Grace Moving company to relocate from Oregon to California. From the initial consultation to the last box unloaded Matt and his team were incredibly professional and easy to work with. They went above and beyond in getting us packed up, even giving great tips on how to properly pack a box. Our items were handled with care every step of the way, and not a single item was broken or damaged at all, even through multiple unloadings and reloadings while we had our items in storage for about a month, as well as a thousand mile drive to our new location. These guys are fantastic and reliable! They are up front and honest and won't hit you with any unforeseen charges. They packed our stuff in the truck real tight and efficiently moved everything with care. We had a lot of stuff but Matt and Sam were consistently moving quick despite the long day. When choosing movers, it's all about trust, and NW Grace is exactly that.

Northwest Grace moved me last weekend and they were a life saver! I completely under-estimated the amount of stuff I had and the time it would take to pack it and move it. I thought it was simple to just move from one apartment to another (within town). I felt bad because I wasn't the most organized or prepared leading up to this move. Summertime is a busy time for me.

Many thanks for making our moving experience wonderful. Normally I want to rip my hair out when we move but thanks to this awesome team all my hair is intact. Seems like every time I call in my friends to help me move, things get broken, banged up, dented, walls take a toll, and I'm tired and sore. So I decided that I was going to call in the professionals this time. What a genius decision that was. So I didn't want to hire just any company.
