Juan and his crew are top notch! At a time when most other contractors are super busy, Juan made the time to come out, design our backyard kitchen, and give us a reasonable quote. It really was a one stop shop. Juan helped us select out appliances, stone, granite and did the build out in a matter of weeks, not months. Juan was available for a call any time we needed him which was great. We are very happy with Outertainments and hope to use our outdoor kitchen over the holidays.

Very happy with the work and how my outdoor kitchen turned out. Like many other outdoor companies, it is a very busy time. I called Juan after being blown off from a couple other companies and he responded right away. Originally we got everything handled through email, text and a couple phone calls and Juan came out to make sure all the measurements and layout looked good before starting. Even after all was measured, Juan was patient with us as we changed things to accommodate (and then we changed our mind on it) our pizza oven. We decided to get a cart for the pizza oven instead of having it stationary

I had a fantastic experience with Juan and Outertainments. When I was requesting quotes, they were the first to get back to me and follow through with the appointment. I had an idea of what I wanted in the backyard and Juan helped me finalize the plan with his experience and expertise. The job was done very quickly! One week after signing the contract, his construction crew came to complete the demolition and prepare the backyard for the concrete. Everyone who came to work was friendly and professional. I'm giving this guy one star. I had an appointment to meet him at my rental house for him to give me a bid and he flaked. After sitting there for 15 minutes I called him and he apologized and asked if we could meet later I made a new appointment for him to come 3 hours later then he flakes again. How can I trust someone like this to do a big job in my backyard if they can't even make it to two appointments in one day.

Outertainment did an amazing job on our backyard! They installed travertine pavers around our new pool, new cement, pergola, bbq island, gas fire pit, low voltage lighting, pool equip fencing and basketball court.
Juan was extremely helpful in working with the city on permit approval. We had to make a few changes and he helped give us alternative ideas. Juan’s team was excellent! They were hard working, friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend using Outertainment.

Outertainments completed our backyard 2 years ago in Menlo Park. I just called them to try and find some hard to find stone that broke off, Not only did he find it, and buy it for me... After two years I didn’t expect him to install it and buy me two extra cases for me, just in case the stone is discontinued.

Outertainment did our backyard bbq, fireplace, covered patio and our doggie area. They did an amazing job and we love each of the work done by them. I barely told Juan on what I wanted on each of the project and he executed it to the tee with perfection. He has the knowledge and creativeness to put together the project. We had a wonderful experience with Outertainment and would definitely recommend him to others.

Juan and Outertainment put in a great pool-side deck for us recently, and the results were exceptional. Juan was with us every step of the way, in terms of solidifying and documenting the design details, choosing the proper materials and structure, and providing excellent workmanship. He also ran new electric lines to power the outlets we wanted around the perimeter of the deck. AND, he ran a new gas line out to the pool heater we were installing at the same time, including working with the City to get the proper permits etc. Overall exceptional service and results from Juan and his team! We called Outertainments on a Saturday morning to see if they were open - we were interested in a built BBQ island for our backyard. Juan came out later in the morning with some brochures and offered a fair price and also some thoughtful advice.
Two weeks later on a Monday his crew started, and by Saturday we had a finished working BBQ complete with a granite top. I was mostly impressed by the speed and quality of the work. It's very refreshing to have such a quick turnaround and have a job done on time. I would recommend Outertainments and would use them again!

After a few estimates for new hardscape in back yard pavers,bbq,and pool cabana Juan's price came in rite in the middle so I decided to go with Outertainment to handle the job. From start to finish took about 6 weeks which was about 2 weeks under what he figured it would take! Very impressed with him and his crew work turned out great. Would definitely recommend giving them a call for your new yard.

Juan is an honest, hardworking contractor-so this review is really for him. There were some rough spots during the patio project, ie. the project took longer than expected, the workers got off-task quite a bit, the communication was lacking, not enough stones were ordered- however, once I spoke with Juan and got him caught up with what was happening on the project, things started to shape up. Also to make up for all the inconveniences, Juan applied a complementary sealant on the tiles which was not part of the original plan or price. 9 weeks has now turned to 13 weeks and the end is nowhere in sight. (It was originally supposed to be a 3 week project). Juan keeps promising it'll be done this weekend - but that never happens, because nobody shows up on the worksite, in spite of my repeated calling, texting and emailing. I have already paid 90% of the total payment due.

Juan just delivered a wonderful fire table at our bar. It is absolutely fabulous! We are very happy with it and so far we've gotten plenty of compliments. I don't know what's the deal with all the negative comments. I must admit they thew me off initially despite the fact that Juan was recommended to me personally by a contractor. I'm really glad that the negative comments did not deter me. This company not only delivers exceptional products and workmanship, they are very professional, prompt and courteous as well. Their after sales and delivery follow up is amazing as well

These guys did a fantastic job installing our outdoor kitchen and bbq. The handiwork and attention to detail are of high quality. Juan and his team cleaned up every day before they left. We made a couple of design changes half way through and they were supportive and stuck to schedule. I would work with them again on a future outdoor project.

My husband and I met Juan at a home show and were immediately interested in Juan's cool outdoor TV/Fireplace. We hired him 9 months later to build a backyard outdoor fireplace and complete a terraced level on our hillside. I was reluctant initially with the entire process, not having any solid recommendations for his work or and after reading some of the reviews on Yelp. However the end result was a complete success! The fireplace is beautiful and the last terraced level of our yard has been utilized with more entertainment space, all due to his recommendations. He does a great job.

I had excellent service from them. I asked for pavers to be put in the front of my yard near the sidewalk and was quoted a fair price for the work and materials. Pavers were a day late arriving but that was only due to the order being place a day before a holiday. Would recommend them to anyone needing work for their back and front yard. Also got a good deal on a Primo Grill from them. They gave me 30% off on a monthly special they had.

Purchased over $20k worth of Twin eagles Outdoor Appliances from this company. They were the best bid that I got, but now looking back best bid doesn't go hand in hand with best service.
When receiving the quote I asked how long it would take to get the appliances, Juan stated it would take 2 days if paying by check, 1 if credit card then a week to receive. Sounded good, however it took well over 2 weeks.
Juan was all ecstatic for the job, wanted to find out if he could install them I stated I had someone, but he said that if I needed any help to call and they also service.
