I took my 2015 Ford Transit in to have the recall concerning the driveshaft coupling repaired. My advisor was great, she kept me informed on the progress of the repair. She called me on Friday to pickup vehicle. i picked up my vehicle and drove home(about 2.5 miles away). Saturday morning I decided to take the van on the highway to check if a vibration issue was also remedied with thee repair. As I drove down the highway i heard a loud clunk from underneath my van. I let off gas and pulled off the highway. I tried calling the dealership to let them know what happened, but tried for about half an

Love coming here. Brandon does an awesome job of making sure my concerns are addressed and keeping my updated on the progress. He also goes out his way to make sure my service is priority. JC is very knowledgeable and is awesome to work with as well. Only issue is they are very busy, so it usually takes a call or two to reach the service department to get something scheduled, but cant knock em' for getting the job done!

I made the trip to Chalmers from the northeast heights to check out the new Bronco. I am so very glad that I did.
I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Mitch R. answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the new features. He helped me build and price my perfect one, and he and Jocelyn H. got me all set up and my order submitted quickly. They were also very prompt in contacting me when I had questions and modifications afterward. I can’t wait to see everyone again when it’s ready!

Great experience! We purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue. We called ahead about it after some bad experiences at other dealerships. We were taken right to see the vehicle without being bugged about application or anything and our salesman Mike was great. Answered all our questions, worked us right into our price range and made it an easy process. Jackie in finance was great too super clear and helped us make all the right choices for us with warranty and everything. We were very happy and love our new vehicle!
