This family owned business is THE BEST!. Stevie Holsinger did a FANTASTIC JOB of finding and fixing a very troublesome issue. His experience and work ethic are absolutely tops. William from Bear’s reinstalled a toilet as well as installing a pedestal sink including a new faucet, drain etc. I have used Bear’s over the years and found William’s recent work to be excellent - the same standard Bear’s has provided over the years. For plumbing I place one call, Bear’s. Competitive price, excellent service, always.

1 year ago Bear replaced me water heater, a few days ago the gas control valve went out, I called Bear and they put me on the schedule, when they got here the repairmen got right on the problem had it replaced within 30min and had the water heat working. And then didn even charge me a fee due to the water heater only being a year old. I really liike these guys, they do good work.

Bear's Plumbing installed three new bathroom faucets sets, supply line valves, and sewer pipe connections, in my Master and Junior upstairs baths following the install of new counterparts.
Careful, courteous, willing to listen to my questions, and then offered knowledgeable answers and solutions for a 45 year old home
They also changed out the broken kitchen sink faucet which required considerable work to remove, as the old bolts had frozen in place
Could not be more pleased, and proud of the results, and the work. Double checked all work before departure too

Bear's plumbing came over just as soon as they could get to us. With almost everyone in the Houston area needing a plumber after the winter storm of 2021, I knew they were going to be backed up like all the other plumbers are in Texas right now. They found the the leak and quickly fixed it. I received friendly service and a good cleanup afterwards. I will definitely being using Bear's Plumbing again in the future. Thanks guys!

I seen the van next door fixing a minor outdoor busted pipe at my neighbors home. I walked over and asked if they could give me a quick estimate once they finished at my neighbors as we are currently without water due to busted pipes. He larger guy responded, “maybe”. I knew instantly that he had no intention of adding any work to his schedule. I would recommend using someone else who actually wants customers.
He could have just been honest and said no we don’t need anymore business that is what his actions said.

I love how the office communicated with me before the appointment and when the team was on the way. Then, when they got here, they were incredibly polite and efficient, pinpointing the problem and getting right to work, explaining what we needed to know. They did the work, cleaned up the area and all was well.

They came out to the house to fix a toiler roughly 5-6 weeks after fixing one before. Same two guys and we get a quote significantly higher than the time before. When I call them on it the price starts falling, but is still $30 higher than a few weeks before. Sorry guys, but I am self-employed and not guaranteed a thing so when you do this to me and I have to pay you a $75 trip fee for being in our house for less than 5 minutes that doesn't sit too well.

Absolutely five stars. Pricing was fair for a few miscellaneous plumbing jobs we had in our house in Cypress we were renovating. Beyond that, we had a mystery spot in the ceiling where someone obviously had stepped through the sheetrock and no one was claiming. I called Bears and spoke with Eric about who talked to his team who didn't do it. I figured out it was another sub after some detective work, but Eric reached out to us several times offering referrals to his sheetrock guy... always with the spirit of responsibility and good faith that they would take it on as needed and not leave us

3/16/2018: Horrible first experience with this company. After waiting two days for my service apt to arrive - they canceled my Friday afternoon apt leaving me hanging without a kitchen sink through the weekend until they could reschedule me for the following Tuesday. I will never use them. Worst customer service ever. My husband called RotoRooter who rescued us and arrived within 2 hours. Should have called RotoRooter first and saved myself the inconvenience.

Tried to fix a running toilet myself and failed. I contacted Bear's Plumbing to help me and they worked me into the schedule the same day. The guys who come out are so sweet and polite and they remember me if they have worked on my house before. They fully explain everything they are doing and why. I trust them 100% so they really don't have to explain anything to me. I wouldn't want any other plumbing company. Yes, we may pay a little more than other companies, but you get what you pay for! Bear's Plumbing came out today and I cannot say enough good things about the guys that came out. Very respectful, helpful and knowledgable, which seems to be rare these days. Referred by my parents as Bear Plumbing assisted with a master bath remodel at their home. I called as I found a leak in the water supply line from the meter to the house. They came out, advised a base price and the what ifs as they explored the problem. It turned out to be a small crack and $250 bill. They even cleaned up. They work all over Houston. Would recommend Bear!
