We love our new Goetzmann Home, but some things we've needed to pay out of pocket after our purchase to bring up to standard. For example, the soil around the foundation started to sink in and we had to pay $5,000 to add more soil before we were able to do landscaping.

We absolutely love our Goetzmann Custom Home. We've live in our home about 6 months and the craftsmanship has been the best. Phil and Karen and the rest of the team were always responsive and ensured our home was 100% perfect when we closed. If you're thinking of buying one of their homes, you will get a much higher level of attention to detail and perfection than with the other larger homebuilders.

I know builders are busy, but when I ask for a call back to try and talk to someone about buying a home I don’t expect a “we are busy” and attitude. It’s not the failure of a return call I’m upset about, it’s the attitude I got on the phone when I called back. You guys spent just as much time responding to this review than I wanted on the phone.

Great customer service! Phil, TerriAnn and their staff were very quick in responding to our questions and last minute changes we wanted throughout the building process. We chose to buy our home from Phil Goetzmann because of the quality we saw in his model homes and our finished home did not disappoint! Very comfortable interior and exterior space and many large widows! We love our home!!!

The Goetzmann Homes are the most amazing and gorgeous homes in Colorado! They are built sturdy and made to last with each room designed in such a way that makes the home spacious and yet homey feeling. The staff are also amazing and were so knowledgeable and fun to work with. The Interior decorator is a true artist and inspired me in so many ways I never thought possible!!!!! Absolutely AMAZING TEAM! From initial inquiry to the closing date, we had an exceptional experience. We looked at lots and homes with 4 different builders and it was obvious from the beginning that the attention to detail and personal involvement by the builder, Phil, is a rarity. We love our Goetzmann home! I’m a little late on reviewing, but we closed last November and have loved the house ever since. The construction process was great. Phil was even wonderful when I realized I forgot something and asked to add it last minute. As a military family, we have lived in many homes over the years and none have met the quality standards of a Goetzmann. Highly recommend!! Great people to work with and top notch homes!

My wife and I are full time RVers, but plan on a retirement home in the next few years. We enjoy checking out model homes when we travel around the country, just for fun. We recently stayed at the US Air Force Academy, we grabbed some lunch and looked at the model homes in the Farm. I recently visited a couple of the model homes and fell in love with the layouts. They flow so well and it’s clear Goetzmann has attention to detail and takes pride in their work. I would never have another home built by Goetzmann Homes. We were concerned about having our view blocked and Phil told us it wouldn't be. He himself built the home next door that blocked our view. I don't know how he can live with himself. We sold the house at a big loss but are very happy now that we no longer live there!
