Each home is over 6,000 sq ft including rooftop deck and garage. It also has 5 br, 5 bath, 2 powder rooms, 2 -3 car garage, private elevator, and roof decks. We are completed the roughing and are ready to start finishes, therefore now is the time to customize your home while taking advantage of the construction prices.

I wish I could have selected zero stars. Please save yourself time, money and stress - avoid working with this company. Our experience with them included manipulation and outright lies, shoddy work and terrible subcontractors. Ultimately, we hired new subs and redid work to achieve the result of a beautiful home, but it's a shame all of that was needed.
I would not want another family to have to deal with this kind of mismanagement.

This review relates to the conduct and customer service of this company. We are owners of a home next to a new construction site Taty is responsible for. During the course of construction we have had to deal with alley ways being blocked resulting in our garbage not being collected, water stolen directly from our taps and trespassing on our property. While this has all been reported to management, they continue to permit this to happen and cannot seem to drive change with their staff. If the business practices supported by this company allow these behaviors, it would seem prudent to look elsewhere
