I was referred to King’s Electric by my usual electrician from another company. Jason Bui was the technician who helped me. His advise on my needs was presented in a simple way which was easy for me to understand. He returned to finish the job and completed all work in about an hour. Cost was reasonable, and Jadon helped make this problem a nice experience. Satisfied customer here in Victoria Patk Towers!

Update - used kings for electrical work and they were an incredible ripoff. Do not trust this company. The work that they quoted was not done because they “couldn’t do it they way they quoted.” But they did subpar work for the same price. This is the $145 ground (I got a discount ! list price was $150. ) for new heat pump. Not a new ground, they added this 2 foot long green wire to existing ground. Other parts of the job were likewise overcharged. A ‘by the foot’ quoted outlet install in my garage supposed to be 20 feet was only run 6 feet from panel. Do not trust this company. Original

I really liked the technician that came out to install the nest thermostat as well as Cutting wires out the walls and covering them with an outlet cover However the pricing they quoted me to replace the fans and put outdoor lighting is very expensive. Also I think it was overpriced for they what they charged me for the job that took less than half hour. I gave the stars for the technician

Scheduling a service call was very easy and I was happy that I could schedule the repair the same day. The electrician let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and quickly diagnosed that my problem was not actually an electrical wiring problem like I thought. Everything was very professional. The price was fair. I am going to thank my neighbor that recommended Kings to me.

Jason was great. He arrived on time and was ready to get started as soon as he walked in. He was courteous and professional. His estimate for how long the job would take was right on. He left the work area clean and neat. We are relieved to have a new panel in place and can stop worrying about the old breakers failing. We would not hesitate to use Kings and Jason in the future.

From beginning to end of the project Kings Electric was professional & responsive. The company was recommended to me by a friend. The price was over 3 times less than another quote I received. Jason, the electrician who did the work, was on time, professional, friendly & neat. Kings should find a way to clone him! I will use Kings again & will recommend the company to others.
