I live in Delaware and was preparing to rent my unit in Pompano. I came down to prep the unit to get ready to rent and the AC started to freeze up. A close friend of mine recommended Juan. Juan came out the same day I called him and was honest and up front about the service that needed to be provided. Unfortunately my unit was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Juan and his team came and replaced it the same week ! That’s what I call fast honest service. Juan sent me pictures and walked me through each step of the process. I’ve had the extreme misfortune of having to work with Juan of Expert Cool since he has the service contract for an AC Unit at my leased property. Every time Juan comes out he blames the size of the AC unit or the Summer heat. The first time was when the unit was installed and not cooling. Juan said it’s too hot outside and the AC unit was too small. I had to pay a separate company who simply adjusted the fresh air mixture and INSTANTLY the AC started to cool. Less than a year later the AC quit working abruptly. Juan blamed the wiring. He got it running and charged me a service fee but it still
