I was having air quality issues , so I called Vital A/C after my friends mentioned they were happy with them. Warley came and looked at everything and took the time to hear my concerns and after he gave me a very detailed and professional proposal . I was very pleased with the level of knowledge and the results after he installed the air scrubber and cleaned the coils etc. I feel like I’m enjoying my home now. Before I was taking medication for allergies and now I am really happy . I’m telling all my friends to go with this company.

We decided to use Vital A/C on a remodel and their advice and prompt responses were invaluable as we move past the permitting stage and continue to use them till we finish.. Additionally we used their services for the unit at our rental home and again their advice and responsiveness helped us where we did not want to commit to an investment where we were renting. In that case even the owner came to the house. Excellent company with good values and know-how.

This company has been consistently good for our AC units. We had to replace an old unit and then repair another newer unit. I called on a Friday night after 8 pm. Warley Vital responded within the hour asking what was the most convenient time to come - on a FRIDAY NIGHT! Their team was able to repair the unit expeditiously and it works great. In the Florida heat, it is really nice to have such a responsive company. For sure, I will always use them and recommend them to anyone.

I called and made an appointment for between 0700-0900 this morning. No show, no call (although I had two confirmation calls yesterday). They finally called to reschedule. I told them not to bother. I work two jobs and took off part of this morning to meet with this company. You can't have the job if you don't bother to show up for the estimate. FOLLOW UP: They owner called following my review. He was concerned. They did send me a $100 gift card for missing the appointment. That was a most considerate thing to do. It didn't change my mind, and I had my air conditioning installed by another company

Outstanding services that exceeded all expectations. We called the company for an estimate for a new AC system, after having had called a few other companies that all said that our system could not be repaired and had to be replaced. The owner himself came out for the estimate. Even before coming into our house, he showed professionalism by removing his shoes at the door, without us even asking. Then, when looking at the current system to estimate for a brand new one, he immediately said that the system was only 6 years old and did not need to be replaced.
