I can not believe this company has such good reviews. I had them come out in early December for a quote for 2 AC's. Tech came out (very nice) and never heard from them again. I called and they said the quote wasn't finished and would follow up. Never heard from them. I AGAIN followed ip and they had to send a tech out to look at AC again for a model number (really). Anyway I should have said no and just went with another company but heard great things so I gave them one last chance....,guess what! Still haven't heard from them. Absolutely ridiculous companies have zero customer

Fast, reliable and exceptional service! Had some trouble with one of the AC units in my house in the middle of a hot south Florida summer. After contacting Monar, i had a technician at my house the following morning diagnosing the problem. The technician was very nice and straight forward with the problem at hand explaining to me exactly what i needed. Between the exceptional customer service and fast reliable technicians i will definitely be using Monar for all of my AC needs from here on out!

Monar Air installed a new 5 ton AC and air handler in Oct 2019. 30 days later I opened the air handler closet door to change the filter and saw a filter cover lying on the floor. I changed the filter and noticed the cover had a broken tab. I figured the installer pushed too hard to make it fit. I called the owner for a replacement and after reluctance and many questions he finally ordered one.
Two years later I get my first clogged drain pipe which should stop the AC with two float switches and it did not. Flooded my upstairs closet and garage below which caused LED lights to drop from ceiling

I used Henry Monjair of Mojair AC to repair my home ac. He charged me 300$ and told me i had a freon leak and it will come back but not to worry becuase i am paying him to fix it and he will fix. I trusted him and boy was i wrong.
Well... ac broke again and he sent someone over to fix it but it was a failure. Henry's technician caused damage to the compressor. When i reached out to Henry again he did not respond and i was left within ac for 3 days! I had another technician who repaired the unit and it cost me an extra 300$.
Henry might as well just stuck his hand in my pocket ans STOLE my money

They are very unprofessional.came in home w false diagnosis they left their equipment n when ac broke about a week n a few days later.they never came. Out.i had to contact another co.my room temp was over 86 degrees i.the other co.fixed it right away.a thermostat was never needed

A few weeks ago while we were away on vacation, we notice Nest was showing 90 degrees in the house, at that point we knew something was wrong. So who did we call, Monar Air Conditioning in Coral Springs.
First of all, it's astounding customer service, quite pleasant and willing to help. Due to inclement weather, Monar work with our schedule to dispatch a tech out the next day to meet my mom at our house.
We received a text once the tech was on his way as well as a followup.
My mom had the the pleasure of meeting Marc that came out to access the AC issue. She said he was very polite, knowledgable

We have a very old A/C, it broke down - and we thought the worst! We worried needlessly- Monar sent us an angel! Abdul found the problem in minutes, repaired it quickly and efficiently, he also wore a mask at all times in my home.
It is refreshing to find a A/C company cultivates a feeling of trust and wants to repair your unit not just try and sell you a new one.
When the time comes? Monar will be the only company we go to for a new unit - Period!

My A/C broke in my rental property. I contacted Monar to perform maintenance ASAP. They understood the urgency of this matter and accommodate my request for the same business day!! No extra charge, nothing more than great service.
The office explained the maintenance service program they offer and I found the cost very reasonable (lower than other companies for the same service).

Firstly I got my new air conditioner from MONAR. it was a great one and well worth the money. the people are very knowledgeable and experts at installing and taking away all the OLD air-conditioners. theY're also gifted when it comes to servicing your air conditioner.

This company is simply great. When my A/C went down in my house, my kids went into panic and I already knew that it was going to be a crazy adventure trying to find a company to fix it. Luckily I was referred to Monar AC and they responded immediately. They were honest and surprisingly didn't try to sell me a new AC unit like many other companies do. They fix it right and quickly. I highly recommend them.
